Description of Work: Fantastic company with a great product. They did the initial install and do the 6 month maintenance. Always professional and prompt. I do the maintenance contract and they call me if I forget to call and schedule the service. Cost for the initial install and twice yearly service is less than other local quotes.

Description of Work: We were considering a residential remodel and wanted some ideas on what to do with the existing HVAC as there is a headroom problem in the basement. Their rep came out and spent almost an hour with us walking through the system and discussing our plans with us. He basically discouraged us from doing any work to the existing HVAC due to the cost - it is functioning well, but rerouting duct throughout the basement would have been really expensive. It was extremely helpful and we decided to place walls to hide the ducts vs. a total system reroute. He also pointed out several items that were not to code to make sure that we alerted the contractor who would be eventually performing the service. He could not have been more helpful or friendly. When we do get some work done on the house, we will definitely be using Poudre Valley air.
