Horrible customer service. Left a message and two online requests for a call back during the week. Did get back to me on a Saturday and charged a lot to come and attempt to fix my air. Was happy to see them (95 degrees)so I had no issue paying the exorbitant weekend fees during the first visit on Saturday. ( note this company advertises 7 days a week but omits reference to weekend costs on their marketing materials). Technician showed up and worked on our issue while multitasking others issues on the phone during our service but felt he had the fix…9 pm that evening our system froze up again and I made a call for help! The technician called me back and said he would come back on Sunday to “warranty” repair the unit. (Tech Dominik was very nice and was professional) I mentioned that if they were going to charge me the exorbitant rates again I would wait until Monday for service. I was told they were too busy and the next week didnt look good as they were so swamped. No choice…Warranty work, but have to pay extra? Tech came back out on Sunday…I had to cancel plans with family because this rework/diag couldnt be done during the week. Tech was here for a couple of hours and I had hoped that because of the company not fixing the first time and having to cut my weekend plan short the nice thing to do would be to not charge, at the least, all of the 1.5 rate. Spoke with an “ego” from the office (Will in dispatch) as I mentioned to the tech that I would appreciate a call from his boss…didnt have the courtesy to phone me but he did want to lecture me on the techs own speaker phone. What a horrible tactic. Rude and unprofessional. Long story short…use another company that respects its customers. Lots of great companies out there that would be appreciative of your business ! Lost me as a customer…will be forwarding complaint to all that are willing to listen and to the BBB and Trane.

Timely..unable to complete the AC piece. Work did not pass inspection the first time.

Wonderful! PYA sent 2 Experienced install teams and they finished the installation and testing in 4 hours, which amazed us, including completed explanations of what they did and how everything works!

He showed up within 30 mins of calling for appt. Very professional, knew exactly what was wrong and answered all my questions, Would absolutely refer them!

They arrived on time and quickly researched the problem with my aging AC unit. I had paid for the basic inspection and was willing to pay for any issues that were found, since my AC unit wasn't starting. Long story short the only thing wrong with my system was a $25.00 capacitor needed to be replaced. They wanted to charge me 300.00 for the industries best universal capacitor! When I declined and asked for the basic 25.00 capacitor to get my unit running I was told that "they only carried the 300.00 capacitor." After they left I checked the price of the 300.00 capacitor on amazon and it is an 80.00 part at best. Needless to say I purchased a 24.00 capacitor and my system is running perfectly. I would never recommend to anyone, they are blatantly trying to overcharge unsuspecting customers who just want their house to be cool.

Sales person was knowledgeable and well prepared. Scheduling was very quick as was installation date. Crew determined additional resources needed to perform install and more were dispatched. Challenging engineering with venting requirements were resolved. Other than the under estimate on effort to level the AC compressor/fan pad, everything was accurately represented and implemented.

Team arrived on time and worked til late afternoon to finish job in 1 day. Paid exactly what the bid was for.

I wasn't there, but I'm guessing one person came to complete the service. It's a rental and my tenants were there. I'm sure they did a good job.

I appreciate them. The company I used before told me I needed a new furnace, they came out and fixed a part and said I didn't need a new unit. They are easy to talk to on the phone, courteous and friendly.

Tech arrived early, did excellent work, asked if anything else could be done and cleaned up after could not tell. He had been here. Work was done expeditiously.

Done very quickly for a very reasonable price.

A $185 part. 1 hr labor. $660.00. I think this is to much for what I got. Either the part was marked up 300%, or labor is $300 per hour. Way to much for what I got.! Not satisfied!
