Overall great, new furnace too large to go thru attic vent, they had to enlarge opening did great job & repaired enlargement.

Every employee from sales, customer service and technicians treated me with respect and they answered all questions completely. They were very knowledgable of their product. I have used both systems and they are running quietly & efficiently. There were cheaper possibilities out there but the quality of installation/product is key and their professionalism are definitely worth it. Hats off to the Fort Collins Crew!

The rep who came for estimate was knowledgeable & respectful. He worked with me to get the best price. The techs were informative, efficient & careful of my property.

Service manager came out for estimate and stayed until all my questions were answered and I had quotes for multiple services. Later date when crew showed up to do work, they were very timely, professional, and answered any questions I had. I am very pleased with this company not the cheapest prices out there but customer service goes a long way with me. They were wonderful!

We have had Trane HVAC, which was installed by PVA 21 years ago. In 2009 they replaced the Furnace, and last week the AC as outlined above. All equipment continues to be Trane which we are very happy with. The project manager both in 2009 and 2016 was Andy Lewis, who is a pleasure to work with. And we were delighted to find that the AC install was led by a buddy of my son's growing up. The work was excellent, and what impressed me most was that Poudre Valley Air honored the install quote even when they ran into electrical issues that required their subcontracted electrician to come out and make repairs.

Were quick with estimate on time to replace units. Very pleased w/ service, bids etc.

EXCELLENT! - This is the second major work job I had done by Poudre Valley Air and I am once again extremely impressed. The crew was a little bit late but the dispatcher kept me informed of their arrive status (granted they had been overbooked and were trying to complete a difficult installation in Greeley before or job). Even tho they jumped right into it and explained every step in detail to me (I'm kinda a a pest and tend to look over their shoulder until I fell they have things under control!) The were finished in amazing time (only a few hours) and all went very well - the new system is wonderful - a week without AC during one of our 95 degree plus runs makes you really appreciate these guys work and knowledge. Once finished and everything was tested (worked great) they explain all the associated paperwork about the system and took extra time to respond to my questions regarding care and upkeep during the "snowstorm" like cotton tree season... Basically all you cam say about Poudre Valley is they are GREAT - they know their products (our estimator "Rock" was extreme detailed and informative) - Our installation crew was down right wonderful! - If you are considering a retrofit like we did with our 23 year old system or for ANY HVAC work you need to call Poudre Valley Air - the price is right (they are always within a few dollars of the "other" guys and with an investment of this size do you really need to save a few bucks and NOT get the quality workmanship and knowledge that PV Air brings to your project - not worth the risk!!) I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Poudre Valley Air for ANY HVAC project large or small. If you want someone that knows what they are doing and will have YOUR BEST interests in mind for operation and cost of a new or replacement system you need to call these guys! I will gladly discuss the great results of our two projects or openly recommend PV Air to anyone! - Bill

Was late, but did an excellent install job, took time to explain how everything worked.

Great service. PVA's technician checked the system, found the issue and confirmed the problematic part was still in manufacture warranty. This simple check he did saved me $900. He even remembered working on my house before I owned it, telling me stories of the former owners and the care they took.

It went very well the installers arrived on time. They were very efficient and respective experience of their progress.

They were on time, very efficient cleaned up after install & duct cleaning. Very polite answered all questions we had. There were 3rd experience with them & we would use them again

Since they installed my original A/C unit 20 years ago, I expected outstanding service. They came through with flying colors from start to finish.

David & Wyatt came early and they were very courteous. They always put covers over shoes & cleaned up after they were done. Went over the work they did. Very happy with Poudre Valley Air.

One time, cost very reasonable. PV Air is also very conscientious about no shoe on the carpet and cleaning up after the job is complete.

Phillip, came back and rang the doorbell again a few minutes later to tell me he had looked up the price for the new blower motor and it would be around $727 just for the part. He kept saying to me that he was really sorry I was having this trouble with my unit. Later that day, my son's best friend who is a journeyman HVAC technician came to the house and took the blower motor out of the furnace and looked at it and said your motor is just fine, it's the squirrel cage that needs replacing as it has worn and is wobbling on the shaft. That's what was making the noise. He ordered the part, dropped back buy and installed it for me. The part cost $52.98!! I moved to Fort Collins in 1990. Back then PV Air had a solid reputation for being honest, fair and dependable. I have used them numerous times over the years, had them install furnace and air conditioning in our custom house (over 5,000 sq. ft.) used them for maintenance on our units off and on since. I will NEVER use them or recommend them again. What a scam they tried to run on me. Is this how a company in service that is supposed to operate with integrity treats elderly women alone?? SHAME SHAME on you Poudre Valley Air!

Installer arrived on time and made a quality/professional installation. Sales to admin explained products and quotes fair price.

Rock the service technician was on time; him and his work partner were friendly and explained why they came and what they were going to do. It would have been helpful for them to say about how long it would take when they were done they explained the details of the air conditioner check and performance well. They were very professional.

K*** arrived to assess my needs and provided a fair estimate of work. The crew (David and Travis) arrived on installation day on time and worked hard, finishing after 7pm. Another crew arrived the next.

Two man crew demonstrated skill and knowledge with prompt and efficient Installation of equipment over two days. Fit and finish showed attention to detail and willingness to meet the standards of the customer. Crew maintained tidy job site and wore shoe covers when inside the house. Equipment operation and maintenance explained by installation crew. Crew wore hard toe boots. Suggest that safety glasses and hearing protection be utilized.

Great! Rock was knowledgeable from the sale. Cury was the installer from start to finish, these guys know their stuff. Very friendly too.

I was very impressed with the people in the office and they were able to come out 2 days after I called(due to my schedule). Tony, the technician was prompt. He was very cordial and talked to me about what I might need to do in the future as far replacing my old furnace and making sure my swamp cooler was taken care of in the fall. He did a quick and thorough job. He was very nice. I will use them again.

Andy the sales rep came & was very helpful. We went with PVA & they came on time, were, neat, friendly & professional.
