Poudre Valley Air is a full service heating and air conditioning company that has been serving Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming since 1973. Offering services for residential, new construction and light commercial. You are invited to stop by and meet their friendly staff, visit their fully functional and interactive show room and ask questions. We are a Trane dealer, Better Business Bureau (BBB) certified, a member of the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), and have North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified technicians.

Description of Work: We asked Poudre Valley Air to evaluate our current heating system and recommend options for replacement and relocation of the furnace. They arrived as scheduled, were very professional and gave us some good recommendation for options. They also indicated that our current system still had years of good service left and they recommended we not replace it at this time. We purchased a maintenance contract for both the heat and air systems. Great service.

Description of Work: Super impressed with salesperson. He answered all our questions and did not try to push things we didn't need. The two gentlemen who installed our new furnace, A/C, and air filter were highly skilled and very professional. They took the time to teach us how to maximize the use of our new equipment.

Description of Work: They came and cleaned vents. I expected better pictures of what the status was down inside, and I got cellphone pictures. I guess it worked, I can't say I see a real difference and I've never had them cleaned in 20 years. The men were thorough and clean and friendly.

Description of Work: Our air conditioning went out, the house was very, very uncomfortable. The technician came out promptly, repaired the unit, he did a great job. We have not had any more problems with the unit. The price of the service call was very fair.

Description of Work: Installed duct work and heat pump to service whole house heating/cooling needs. Had some significant hiccups with things, it's an old house and some parts weren't correct for system. Damage from inadvertent cutting of interior water line cleaned up and fixed, responsive to needs of having their contracted electrician come out and fix wiring issue. Communication from office staff to me regarding when people would arrive to work needed improvement. Professionalism and work ethic of job foreman was amazing and is reason I would use them again.
