The salesperson failed to inform me that they were not a qualified installer. As a result they cost me $340 in lost rebates. The installers were very professional. I also found out the were about $400 high on their price.

The technician was professional and informative. It's nice to know there's still businesses that have there people take the time to explain the work they did and the long-term condition of the AC unit.

The repair man found that it was an owner error and restarted the system. He was fantastic and charged me nothing. I am so thankful he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Thank you Roberts Heating and Air.

Robert's H/A was very prompt in responding to my request and had someone out that afternoon to give me an estimate. I scheduled the service the next morning after I talked to the field rep. and they were out and did the install within a few days. I had planned to get other estimates but had too many hoops to jump with other companies so I can't really rate the value for money but I felt their guarantee was good so that's why I gave them a 4.5. The technician was friendly and completed the project in a timely manner.
