Lost heat in one zone. Don arrived the same day. He is absolutely the best. Quickly found the problem. Needed a new pump. Don picked it up the next morning and returned the next day installed it and completed the repair. Lion may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

As always, the techs were polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. I live in a hard to access mountain home, and knowing there's a resource for any contingency provides great peace of mind. As always, the problem I had occurred shortly after a snow storm. My emergency was their routine service. My highest recommendation.

This was a last minute repair right before a cold snap. They came up the same day we called and was very informative and professional.

Joseph came early to give me a quote to have a gas line added for a gas fireplace setup. He was quick and thorough. He showed me the cost and even offered to do the job the same day. I have used Lyon Home Services for multiple jobs on this house and every time I have been completely satisfied, not only with the work they do, but their promptness and communication.

Charity came for annual maintenance previously done by Poudre Heating and Air. Her work was thorough and she explained in detail what she found with pictures. Very pleased with her evaluation and recommendations.

As always Lion Home Service is responsive and professional, been using them for years and am always well pleased with their work!

The employee was well trained, had good answers to my questions and even explained what it means. He even explained to me WHAT IF QUESTIONS in a way I could understand. He had equipment such as a camera that was able to show me the damage done in real time. He explained in laymenâ s terms what ALL THAT MEANS!!!! He cleaned up after himself, asked if I had more questions. I WOULD HIRE LION HOME SERVICE AGAIN!!!!

Work appears well done, but $400 for about 35 minutes of work is blatant price gouging and profiteering. Off the wall inappropriate. (Yes I could have rejected it up front, but the guy was here and I needed it done.)

DJ did a great job servicing gas furnace and water heaters. He was very thorough and explained everything. He made sure everything was in proper working order and gave me quite an education.

Charity came to do our furnace check up. She spent more time at our house looking into the system, explaining our issue and providing us options. She was professional, very courteous and a down right joy to have as our Tech! We’ve never had such a knowledgeable technician and will ask for her in the future.

I have been using Lions for all my service - Septic, Electric, Plumbing, Roof, HVAC. They always answer the phone, it is easy to schedule an appointment with them and they always show up. That alone makes them better than most organizations that service Estes Park. They provide a written estimate, you know what they are going to do and what the price will be. They have always made sure what they have done is working and donâ t seem to mind having to come back if they do something wrong. This particular item was their third time out to fit a steam humidifier, they final just replaced it with what they felt was a better product and no charge for the item. The new unit is 1000 times better than the other unit. We enjoy working with them to make our home and lifeâ s better. I would recommend them.

The tech, Josh Morton, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions, and I learned a lot about septic systems. Josh was very easy to work with and I highly recommend him and the company.

Joseph cavitolo was professional and very helpful. He saved us hundreds of dollars with his hard work removing a blockage in the disposal by hand. We are very appreciate and would recommend him for any plumbing work

There were some issues with the initial installation. After I called in to report the problems, Lion scheduled an appointment and rectified the problem at no cost to me. From the dispatch to the service team, very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. great job Lion Home service. This post is objective as I personally do not know anyone who works there.
