Very skilled service crew. Top quality work on HVAC duct cleaning and Attic Insulation jobs. Minor scheduling issues with the main office but it was resolved in reasonable time. Will certainly use this service provider when needed. They are not the low bid but I do not do cheap when it come to my home.

They were very professional and they saved me approximately $3,500 on the project.

The did an excellent job in the installation and worked late into the evening to make sure that we had cool air before they left.

The install went fine BUT that's when everything fell apart! A/C quit working less than a week after install and it took an act of God to get someone to help! I still have yet to get anyone to fix it! Look elsewhere and don't get screwed like I did!

If you ever feel the need to get financially raped, then call Jason at Roberts Heating and Air Conditioning. They charged me $1,856 for 4 hours of work to fix my air conditioner. That's $464 per hour. The invoice only showed the final price at the bottom. There were no details as to how they arrived at that price. So I called Jason and asked him how he arrived at $1,856. He dodged the question and wouldn't answer it. If you decide to call Jason, just mention promo code "Price Gougers", for a larger bill. They were initially very prompt and replaced our swamp cooler last Thursday with one that we were told would have copper tubing. It was not warm enough to turn it on in the past few days, but we turned it on yesterday afternoon, it leaked about 250 gallons of water onto our roof. The technician (night dispatcher) promised me that someone would be here to address the issue at 9am but nobody showed up. They have not called and there have been no updates from them. Not one phone call as of 10:30. They are saying that they can have someone out tomorrow but that is not good enough. They could not get out here soon enough when they were making the sale.

Perhaps I spoke too soon. Although the work was very good it took many phone calls to have the electrician here to connect power to the AC. The communication within the office and to the customer is very poor

I like that when Tony came out to assess our needs, he explored all the options. He contacted Honeywell to see if a first there was a replacement thermostat, so we didn't have to get a new system. That gave me a ton of confidence in the company and trusted that they would have my best interest at heart.

They farmed out the inspection to Ben Franklin Plumbing because they were not best qualified. I really appreciate the fact that they wanted to help me and sent the best even if it was not themselves. Ben Franklin was very knowledgeable.

Very easy to work with, nice people on the phone and tech that came to house, and using home advisor to book the appointment gave us a free estimate from the technician. This is ultimately why we chose them.
