This was for a replacement furnace and adding air conditioning. The original 90% efficient furnace selected , and invoiced for, would not fit. Therefore, a downgrade to an 80% efficient furnace was necessary. When I asked for a new invoice, that was itemized,so I would know how much I was paying for each item, I was told that the company doesn't give itemized invoices due to their contract. It seems to me that a customer has the right to know how much they are being charged for everything in an installation! I realize that it is best to get more than one estimate for a job, but this was an emergency since my old furnace quit in a cold spell and I was using two portable electric heaters to keep my house at about 60 degrees! The crew that did the work was excellent. My only problem is with the way it was charged, so I had no way to know how much I was paying for each item. I would not recommend this company , because of this.

Courteous, prompt, professional, quick. Simple fix, just changing out the switch. $169. Ouch. But I think that price is pretty competitive. One thing that irritated me was that whoever I talked with on the phone could not/would not tell me if there was a cost for an estimate.

Felt like the whole crew went above standard job. They did a clean job and kept me updated the entire process. Cost was a little high but I am happy with everything. They have financing available and were understanding of all my questions. Will use this company again.

Andy, the technician will service my furnace was efficient and did not try to sale me anything, even when at first he add trouble finding the source of my air flow issue. Which ended up being a simple piece of paper stuck in the fan. Others would have asked me to replace the whole unit....

Company asked for payment up front and promised to get job done the next day BEFORE checking to see if they even had the parts to accomplish the job! So now we could be looking at a week of no furnace to heat our home and an extremely high electric bill to use a bunch of space heaters instead! Not a good start to a job well done......

I feel that paying an additional fee to find the problem, just to increase the repair cost is unnecessary. I would think it is fair if you didn't end up hiring them, but if you do it should not be charged.

I had a bit of a problem dealing with Customer Service. However the electrician Darren was excellent. He was polite and friendly and installed my two light fixtures for me. The job entailed a return trip because one of the fixtures I bought wasn't the right one for the area. It took several back & forth conversations with Customer Service for me to get my request through to them and for them to get it right. Darren was thorough, conscientious and extremely anxious that I was satisfied with his work. I highly recommend Darren for your electrical needs!

We will not now, or ever again, use their services. On Monday, January 7, Jacob S. came to our house to investigate the cause of a water leak in our basement. He informed us that we had issues with our sewer line and convinced us that there was major work that needed to be done to remedy the issues. We put $14,000 on a credit card to pay for half of the work. The next day, we contacted the city of Longmont. In October, they had videotaped our sewer line, tap, and saddle. They saw no, I repeat, no issues with it. We then hired two independent sewer line companies to inspect our building drain and the sewer line. Neither company saw any issues with the system. I repeat, no issues. We personally watched the cameras as they inspected the line. We ran water through the line, assured that the camera was at the correct location to view the tap and the saddle and there were no issues. We have written reports stating that there are no issues. Jacob had not even marked the spot correctly where the tap is and had the depth wrong as well. He told us that the city would not take care of any issues with the tap. That is false. I have spoken to the city numerous times since the 7th. Jacob sent us an invoice totaling $35,000 dollars to repair something that has no need of repair. This is fraudulent practice and quite frankly, unconscionable. We trusted him, even fed him some dinner, only to find out that we were being totally scammed. On January 8, I texted him to do nothing until he heard from me, but on January 9th, he went to the city to pull a permit for a sewer line. I have contacted the city and have withdrawn that permit and any others he may have pulled. I understand that he paid $274.75 for this. I also know that he can get a refund for that amount. We had a reputable plumber come and he fixed the source of the leak, which was simply a pipe that was behind the cabinet that had become defective. We were also told that the interior pipe that ran from the sink was not at a proper slope. That is false, as well. Lies, lies, and more lies. We had trusted this company before this attempted scam. That, of course, is no longer the case, and we will never, ever use this company again. Now, we will never know what other scams were perpetrated on us.

I was impressed with the speed of contact when I reached out online for an estimate. A professional was sent to my house as soon as I was available. I was scheduled for a furnace/AC replacement. The install did not go completely as planned and there were some issues and the technician stayed to identify and correct the problem. He did not want to go home until I was completely satisfied with the installation. I am very satisfied. I have a new company to call with all my future home repair issues.
