How very special to have a man who has served his country in Afghanistan on 3 tours! Hour can you beat that? He is excellent in this job also and took his time and explained everything clearly. Hee also said he would be back to make sure the work was done to his liking and I am sure that is a good thing. Wes would be welcome in my home anytime.

Jake came out to our home, we were going to clean our ducts, however we noticed that our furnace is pretty old so we are getting a new furnace, whole house fan and duct cleaning! Jake was very professional and friendly!! We are loooking forward to the whole house fan this summer!!

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumming in Fort Collins CO. I chose them because someone was actually answering the phone and I wasnâ t leaving a message that might go unanswered. The Plummer did a wonderful job. He worked efficiently and explained everything I needed to know. Getting to the house took a little longer than I had anticipated, I think the person dispatching was trying to triage out multiple calls, and since my house was not flooding or sewer backing up, i may have been moved down the list. Not that big of a problem except they do advertise on being prompt.

TJ was professional and explained things in detail. He checked everything out thoroughly before and after the work was done. Would definitely recommend this company.

The representative of Lion Home Service arrived, unexpected, as I was waiting, sick, for a driver for an appointment with my doctor. I told him that I would have to leave in a matter of minutes and why. He insisted he would go ahead and see how much he could get done. I am 85 yrs old and was feeling quite weak. He was aggressive & went to work, "seeing how much I can do." The problems were electric shocks to my hands/arms when I turned on any light switch and one ceiling light on the 2nd floor working about 40% of the time. My driver arrived. He said he had finished. He had quoted $600 & wanted a check for over $600. He said IF the lights did not work, I would have to go to another electrician. Feeling weak, short of breath. I gave him my check for over $600. I do not have alot of money. The light switches are not totally fixed. Some still give shocks. I wrote a letter to Lion Home Service. No response. I deserve a reasonable return.

Furnace not working. contacted Home Advisor and received call within minutes. Service man came out that afternoon, diagnosed problems and I decided to replace. Project manager came out first thing the next morning and it was installed before 3:00 that same day. All the gentlemen where extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. Top of line company!

They are good at notifying and reminding you when projects are due for inspection and/or repair.

Great technician! Friendly yet professional- he knows his furnaces! But the company s practice of a 2nd service call fee because he had to come back the next day to finish the job was a bit off-putting. Still, the work was excellent and done in a timely manner. They responded quickly to my needs: furnace was not producing heat and the temp was supposed to get down to 19! Chris was able to get me heat overnight until we could replace the thermostat the next day.
