They did the electric work but somehow got insulation on the floor when they had to make a whole. We have tried to make contact with no reply several times. Latest, we were told the lady that deals with complaints aren't there. its been a month. There was an animal that could have gotten sick if we did not notice it. It was not a small piece. Won't use again for future projects. They were the most expensive quote but thought they would be the most professional

I was extremely pleased with the service we received. It was comforting to have great people who are very caring and understanding of my Mother who is 94 years old. Living 2 1/2 hours away and trying to take care of her comfort was challenging to say the least and Lionel made is easy and reassuring. We were very blessed to have Jake Elliott as the tech. My wife and I are so happy that we contacted Lion and know they will have customers as long as we are in this house. Jake was awesome. He listened to our needs and we were shocked when he told us that a team will be here the next day. Lion and Jake were our guardian angels.

Charged a premium to send inexperienced kids out with no supervisor. Call center answers every time so impossible to reach a licensed professional when you have problems.

Use their services they are great Professional,great customer service,on time, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

The electrician was very good and was able to suggest both a more appearing method of installation balanced with some cost savings. The work was done completely and with little impact to the household. What a little pricey, the quality was there.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I cannot leave a negative number. Their plumbing side is great, only because they kept most of the techs from Ben Franklin Plumbing when they bought them out. As for their HVAC side? I cannot believe they are still in business. I understand how the game works, you come to fix a problem but the true JOB is to UP-sale, to make any kind of a decent living. I am OK with that and on many occasions, that is a great service to the customer. However, once the up-sale is made and the product has been installed, that is when the **Customer Service** ends. In the almost 3 month period since my HVAC unit has been installed, with some parts missing, I have had 3 service call appointments to which no one showed up or called to inform us of a problem making the appointment, even after confirming the day before. Once a technician finally did arrive (on the 4th appointment) the AC unit no longer cools at all. It was not working as it should, which is why the service call was made in the first place, as well as making sure the parts that were not installed initially were going to be, a little over 2 months ago. The price of the unit was a lot more than expected, but I figured that if the price was any indicator of the product, this was going to be a good one, I was WRONG. The wiring outside of the unit eft just hanging without any kind of cable management, it looks like a young child did the job. Very unprofessional in job performance and service after the fact! I would not recommend them, even if I was paid.

Called me back quickly and they were out the day I called. Septic pump out and they did a great job.
