Great service from someone who really cared!!

The Lion team provided prompt, friendly service. They gave us price options so we could stay within our budget. We plan to use them for all our home needs. Very good experience.

The service technician (DJ) was great. He kept me advised throughout the project and explained my options. He showed me photos of every issue. The work was performed efficiently and well, and for a fair price. I will use Lion again.

There were some issues with the initial installation. After I called in to report the problems, Lion scheduled an appointment and rectified the problem at no cost to me. From the dispatch to the service team, very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. great job Lion Home service. This post is objective as I personally do not know anyone who works there.

Am a repeat customer. Lion did a major line repair earlier. They are always fast, reliable and do excellent work.

Respectfull and efficient service

We had both David and Charity help us out with our plumbing today and they were fantastic! We own an older home that comes with....older home quirks....and they were able to let us know exactly what needed to be done and in what priority we should handle some issues. Both technicians were extremely personable, knowledgeable, and we truly enjoyed having their company and help. We definitely plan on using Lion Home Service whenever we can!

I had a stopped up drainage line from my house to the street, water was backing up into the house through the toilets and bathtub. This was Saturday morning. I called my usual Estes Park plumber and was forwarded to Lion since they had taken over the business. They couldn't come on Saturday but David came on Sunday and worked very hard to clear the line. It sort of worked but backed up again after he left. So on Monday two Lion plumbers with cameras and spinning snakes came and got the line to the street certainly cleared out. I am good for now but they recommended fixing the lines permanently for which they gave me an estimate. So, although it took three days to fully resolve the problem I am very happy with the way Lion took ownership of my problem and didn't stop until it was resolved. They had to take detours to my house due to road closures because of wildfires! I am happy to replace my old Estes Park outfit with Lion Home Service. I even signed up for their annual maintenance contract.

Savannah and co were great installers. They communicated their arrival times via text and verified with us via phone. They were so efficient and polite. Mark the service manager who came to diagnose our issue was detailed and informative. He allowed us to hover and ask questions and showed us exactly what he was doing and seeing. He ultimately recommended replacement of the system and was thorough, polite and timely. Due to apparent availability of product we did not get many options for systems but we were assured it is as good or better as what we had. That was the only disappointment.

Very informative but the pricing is really expensive.

Andy replaced my garbage disposal and removed an old water filter system installed by a previous owner. Very happy with his work and explanation of options. Andy is so friendly and personable.

Beware of price switch. Verbally said $99 per faucet. Had 2 faucets replaced. Invoice was $982. 20 minutes work and 2 faucets that cost $50 each. Beware what is in the contract agreement you sign. Read it!

poor communication, snagged the carpet, refused promised duct cleaning

I was charged $280 for someone to reset my breaker. Con artists. *** STAY AWAY***

Zack did horrible work for us, charged us so much just to make a huge hole and put a cap on a broken pipe. Also told us we needed a new water heater when in reality all that had to be done was turn on the gas and with so many years of experience he could not identify that the gas valve was turned off

Extremely overpriced

DO NOT call Lion for anything! We purchased a new furnace in February and have had nothing but problems. The furnace has gone out twice in the last 2 months right when we needed it. The humidifier that we paid $4000 for has never worked because Lion didn't bother to program it! We've had several other companies out to fix the problems because it's always an emergency now and because we don't want Lion in our home to destroy more. The furnace has not even passed the final inspection! It's all just a mess. Save yourself a huge headache because Lion doesn't care and will fight you on everything, refusing to refund any money, even if what they installed has never worked!
