Both of the technicians that came out did a great job. Un like the installers and the company that had inspected it three times. These two found the problem and fixed it in a very short time.

Had an emergency , water heater failure and within 24 hours had a new water heater replaced and running.

They were great. They came out to my house to see what I needed and then gave me a good estimate. They kept me informed of everything they were doing. The guys were very personable. I will use them for other projects in the future.

I have never really left any reviews of any kind but the level of service from Lion Home Services was so substandard that I felt it was necessary to let other people know. We had enrolled in a customer care program with a company that Lion Home Service took over and we felt somewhat compelled to use their services. Over the last 5 months, I have made three different appointments with them. On the first two appointments, the tech failed to show up within the appointment window and I had to call the company for the techs status. On neither occasion did the techs show up on the appointed day. I called, complained, and made another appointment after promises were made by the company to do better. This time the tech called and said he was not coming 5 minutes before my appointment window ended. I called asking for a pro-rated refund from my service plan, which the company failed to provide. I wasted three days at home and no services were provided. Please do not use this company!

It went very well. Andrea went through all of the options with me and I immediately scheduled a replacement for the night after. I will definitely hire her again in the future.

Made an appt 2 weeks in advance Called 24 hrs before to verify They did not show up. They did not call. Businesses need to be held accountable for my time to sit and wait for no one to show up. Possibly take time off without pay is just as important as ures and if you cannot show up you should pay your customers.

Theo was an absolute professional. He was honest and professionalfrom the minute we made contact. Fixed my issue and will continue to do exceptional work for me. I look forward to doing more business with him.

Do not hire them !!!!!! .They are not reliable company. Did not show up for they appointment. .Did not call and reschedule. when I call them they move appointment for two weeks.

Unfortunately neeer systems come with more breakable parts and more expensive to replace. I appreciate all his time and input and correcting the error
