Very friendly, professional, very knowledgeable. Took care of everything I requested to be taken care of in a timely manner. Seemed like a high price but I hadn't gotten other quotes so it may have been right on what others may have charged. Got it done the day after Travis came in and found out what I wanted done.

Alec was very polite. He helped us find financing that fit our budget.

Completed the workin a professional manner. The installation was not typical and required some creative construction. The finished product is worth the cost.

Called in the evening. They came the next morning, gave an estimate and were able to do the job that afternoon. Great reps and techs and we were pleased with the results.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT CONTACT FOR WORK! I requested an electrical Panel replacement and was told this would include a permit and inspection. I had this replaced to be compliant with current regulations and fire safety. They did not apply for a permit or inspection. Once I paid for the service they told me I had to get it inspected. They continue to give me the runaround. My mistake for trusting they would do what they said. Now I have to get a permit after the fact and get the inspection myself. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!! Edit: Found out they do not have a license to work on Electrical Systems in the City of Fort Collins because they do not have Liability Insurance or License. I was told that the permit was taken care of and the inspector would contact me. GET PROOF before they lie to you as they did me.

Herb Garcia was an amazing technician He surely knows his business and is a delight from a customer service point of view. 5-star person and professional and person. We will ask for Herb any time we have plumbing needs!!!

They damaged the floor in the laundry room. They said we would hear from them and they would fix it. We have not heard from them and they have not responded to our email.

Very satisfied with the work they did and would definetely use them again.
