Drain had cleaned by the time the tech arrived. He still did a thorough investigation including going into the crawl space. All at no cost. Wouldn’t even accept a tip when offered.

Lion stood behind their work. When a water heater warranty repair had issues, Lion dispatched help on short notice after hours to correct the issue. Lion replaced the heater with a new unit when their technician expressed concern about the unit's integrity. Stuff happens, and when it did, Lion was there, at a rural location, on short notice.

The tech was very helpful and friendly. Got the drain cleaned quickly and gave suggestions on keeping it clear going forward.

They were available for next day service for a septic tank pump out. Other companies had a 3-4 week wait and cost estimates for other companies ranged from slightly cheaper to substantially more expensive than Lion. Overall, excellent service from Lion and very highly recommended for pump outs.

HELLO! THE ONLY way to be seen/listened to by the owner is to leave an INTERNET REVIEW!!! Why did not? I think of this 5 months ago?! That is if it is the owner. All I see are generic cut-and-paste responses to the genuine discomfort and issues many of us clients are facing. There is no such thing as a 100% client satisfaction guarantee. I laugh at this. If this was the case, why are there negative reviews? If you feel like you provide 100% satisfaction, then you feel no need for growth and learning. Where do these numbers even come from, did you make them up? Our family is at a loss financially; the quality of services did not reflect the value of what this company provided. we paid TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars, UP FRONT, was sold the whole bells and whistles, only to be treated this way (by the company overall) Since May, we hired Lion Service for a large variety of repairs and maintenance needed. It was very strange after the crew did work on our home, despite many other things needed, we were GHOSTED. However, for some reason, we have still been waiting around for months and months to finish the jobs, and there has been no solid timeline, people have not shown up when they were supposed to .What is the hold-up? Seriously. I am done being patient, this is not just about the money but the way I feel, which is disrespected. 5 MONTHS of me trying to get ahold of someone, a manager, a higher up can not tell you how many distressing phone calls I have made to your business. There has been no follow-up from the project manager, it is like the crew came out for 2 days then ghosted us, taking their $$$$$ communication was horrible or non-existent. I was promised many times that someone from the company would call me back after expressing my concerns, but the only ones who ever did were James and Joe the electricians. THEY showed up when they were supposed to and were of more help to me than any actual manager I initially gave a 5-star review but most if not all of my previous statements did not reflect the reality. I am giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 because, despite everything, there have been several individuals who did an outstanding job and were true professionals. I suggest removing the tagline of 100% satisfaction and start paying MUCH more attention to the way you market and perform these dodgy practices.

It was very easy. Customerservice provided same day service. Ben was on time, got right to work and isolated the problem quickly. Had the air conditioner working as intended a few minutes later.

Please do not use this company!! They said I needed to spend 7k on a new air conditioner- I called another company and they said it was froze up and to run my fan- works fine now. They charged me 137 for absolutely nothing!! I am a farmer and got totally ripped off by these guys. Stay away!!

Pleasant service tech. Very professional.

I am a valued partner; meaning I paid over $1000 to have discounts and VIP service from Lion Home Service for a year. I called them out about a sewer line leak. They did the diagnostics and said there is not a breakage, just a misplaced pipe. Easy to fit a new segment of pipe in they stated. They quoted me a price of $6900! I said I would dig out and expose the pipe for them. The project manager was advocating for me on the phone with his manager, who dropped the price to $4,900. I was advised to look elsewhere, and I hired another plumber who did the entire job digging and all for $3,800. And I am a PREFERRED CUSTOMER of lion home service. Never will call them again, and am advising everyone I know not to use them. I lived in Fort Collins for 30 years and know a bunch of people. Read my review about their roofing service. It was worse.

Prompt and know

Ben was personable and professional. I was in a bind to get the water heater fixed before leaving on a trip. Ben went the extra mile and called in his supervisor on late Friday night to get the replacement valve. I appreciated that extra service.

Quick should up fast.

Joe did a great job of replacing some recessed lights. He also installed a ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. I am pleased with the prompt service and Joe did a super job. I will call them again for future projects.

Ben Stephenson did a water heater flush and cleaned my bathroom fan. He did an awesome job.

Such a great company. Always very friendly and very knowledgeable.

The price has gone up but it was still quality service

To install 4 light switches that I purchased cost $322.50 is outrageous. I will not recommend them or use them again
