I don't know the going price for it. First time I cleaned the boiler. They took it apart, cleaned it, put a new part in. I don't know off hand what that part cost. I feel it was alright.

We had a water heater part go bad on us. Frantically we called the installer, Allen Service, which was a disaster - NEVER AGAIN. I finally pulled the plug on Allen and started looking around for other plumbers. Luckily we found IPS. He gave us a very reasonable price, worked easily to get us the replacement parts, which were still under warranty, and, above all, was friendly and respectful to my wife!

It could not have gone any better! Our technician Steve arrived right on time, introduced himself and got right to work. He did not mind me watching over his shoulder to see the inside of the unit-Once it was opened I could see why they are tricky to work on. Steve diagnosed the problem right away, fixed it and even optimized the settings on the unit so it will work more efficiently. Our unit is now purring like a kitten and working better than ever. I thought the price was very fair and I couldn't be more pleased. I am rarely impressed with customer service anymore but I'll say that Steve's work was top notch as well as the staff that I scheduled with. I have already recommended them to several people I know!!

Plumber was friendly enough but question his experience level. Did an inspection of outside faucet and repair to let side of sink. Paid Angie's list $108 for an hour of labor. Total plus parts was $125.61 and still have same problems

Took about 1/2 hour and fixed the faucet all right ($74 for parts), but no one bothered to tell me that my area (Estes Park) incurred a $90 travel time charge from Fort Collins. I feel it is the responsibility of AngiesList to indicate if a vendor will charge for going out of a service area. How am I supposed to know? I've had vendors from Denver and Fort Collins come up and they never charged "travel time." I would have just hired someone up here. So this $39 deal was no deal at all. Pretty unhappy.

Toilet required several replacement parts and Steve made sure there were no leaks after toilet was reset and caulked. He answered all my questions with thorough explanations and suggestions to prevent further problems in the future. All replacement parts were in his truck so no need for second trip back. Total job took about 2 hours. Very professional and efficient!

Wonderfully. The plumber arrived on time, was clean, personable, articulate, and informative. He did a great job analyzing the issues and educating us as to our options. He finished the repair and had to spend a bit of extra time that he did not charge us for. He did not collect for parts that were required and advised us that they would send us an invoice for those costs. People with that kind of trust are usually trustworthy people. I give this company an A+ rating.
