I worked with Chizum and had a great experience. For my work, he requested a few photographs instead of sending someone out to have a look. He wanted to be sure that the bluish pipe entering the house was not the type that should be replaced before the work was done (it wasn't). He explained that they would not guarantee their work if it was and that they do not do the replacement work anymore. He was very thorough and knowledgeable - super helpful! Chizum estimated the work would take one hour (which it did exactly) and that if the pipe turned out to be the wrong kind he would not charge "a huge amount" for the service call. I plan to use IPS going forward!

I called IPS about 10 am this morning. I was told to expect the plumber at 1pm-4pm. The could get over by 11 am and did! Fast and efficient.

A master plumber first came to scope the work and then returned with the working plumbers to layout the plan. Both projects were completed punctually and professionally. Finished work was clean, neat and exacting. Work areas were left clean and mess free.

I've never been disappointed with Independent Plumbing Solutions. They show up quickly, they have all the tools and supplies necessary and they really know what they are doing. And they are more than willing to say that the issue is minor and doesn't need a new part, just a tightening of a fitting. I love them as they are trustworthy.

These guys were awesome. I own a business that needs water to run. When my boiler system went down they were there to help almost immediately. My project was a huge pain but they never gave up. I could not be any more thrilled with the service. If I could, I would give 10 gold stars.

Great plumbers. I've used them a few times at 2 different properties over the years. They are always very knowledgable, diagnose the issue right away, and solve the problem. Their rates are fair. They are friendly and got right out within the allotted time. I will continue to use them in the future. In 3 calls, the service has always been excellent. Highly recommended!

First of all, they were available on short notice, which was great. Then they came when they said they would. They serviced the heater. At one point, they thought they would have to replace a part, but turned out it wasn't necessary, so cancelled the part order. If they weren't honest, they easily could have stayed with the claim the part replacement was necessary, but they didn't once it was determined it wasn't necessary. Both serviceman and reps on the phone were friendly and professional.

I had a burst hose bib and he replaced it and cleaned up and kept us from having a bigger problem. IPS is a top-tier company that goes above and beyond and stands behind their work; this is the type of business my husband and I are happy to support and recommend to others.

Perfect! After getting estimates from other companies for entire replacement of the boiler system which would cost up to $11,000, the problem was fixed with a simple replacement of the pump, costing only a few hundred dollars.

Both plumbers were fantastic. They supplied me with numerous choices on how to accomplish the plumbing task at various price points. They did the work in a timely manner, checking in as they went if my input was needed. IPS went out of their way to be helpful and get the job done in a high quality way. I had replaced the filter every 6 months for about 10 years, but even though this filter had the same number and looked just like the previous ones, I couldn't get the cannister to screw in all the way and this caused the water to spray out. I called IPS and they sent a plumber. He was very courteous and pleasant, and he tried very hard to get the filter to work, but was unable to do that. The filter is the same number and size I've used before, but something must have changed. The plumber bypassed the filter system so that I would have the use of my sink and dishwasher. He also checked the flush of the bathroom toilet, and assured me that it wasn't leaking, in spite of the unusual flush sound. I expected a bill for time and labor, but when I got the bill, there was no charge. I am very grateful for the kindness and generosity of IPS, and for their enabling me to use my sink and dishwasher during this difficult time!

Absolutely great! Dave was excellent in all phases of the work we had done. Tammy was so nice to work with in the office. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing jobs.

My 93-year old mother-in-law lives alone and has limited vision. When she couldn't get hot water for her shower, a quick inspection of the water heater indicated leaks. Based on another review site, I called several plumbers for an appointment; one was out of business and the other two didn't answer their phones, I then tried IPS, who answered immediately and had a technician at the house within an hour. The water heater was replaced the next day, at a fair price, properly permitted, and by courteous workers. Thank you IPS!

As always, very responsive, scheduled on first call for just a few days out during a busy time of year. Dan took care of the issue in less than 30 mins. Very friendly and professional. I was expecting to pay a reasonable fee but when invoice came it was marked paid in full. They had done the original work and felt this was "under warranty". Nice surprise.

Very well. Have now used IPS 3 times this year in updating kitchen and one bathroom. Highly recommend these folks, they do great work, very professional and friendly, and punctual. The one time there was follow-up needed (very slow leak on a supply line about 3 weeks after install), they were out same day and took care of it.

Previously, I had Dave do work on other plumbing problems we have had. I knew Dave to be quite trustworthy and had no problem giving him access to our home while I was away at work. When I returned home, the job had been done to my satisfaction.

Excellent! They located the source of the leak after removing 12" square of drywall from ceiling. Pulled stool in upstairs bathroom, replaced wax ring, re-seat toilet, tested for leaks, cleaned up work area & left. Prompt, professional &b courteous IPS Rocks! .

We used IPS to replace a pair of old water heaters. Calculations of our expected usage showed we could replace the two with a single high-recovery system. It has worked perfectly to meet our needs. While they were here, I had them fix a leaking toilet and replace cartridges in some water faucets. I was happy with their professionalism and service.
