Garage Gadgetry

Description of Work: I've been dealing with a garage door that just has not operated correctly for many years. It only took about 4 minutes for him to identify and completely explain the core problems. He did the initial repair which took about 15 minutes, but, as I expected, that took care of about 90% of the problem. It did not remove my concern for the safety of the spring system operating the door. His solution to my concern cost about 2/3 of what I had expected and was completed in about 1/2 the time anticipated. No reason to ever look for any other garage door service.

Description of Work: I called the provider to set up an appointment because my garage door stopped working last night. After describing the issue to Tom, he suggested something for me to try myself. If that didn't work, we'd set up an appointment. It ended up being a simple issue of misalignment of the bottom fixtures with the sensors. I appreciate that Tom recognized that one of the sensors might have gotten knocked askew and had me try adjusting it before setting up an appointment. I will definitely use Garage Gadgetry in the future!!

Description of Work: This was for the house my son lives in. He said they were very good, arrived when told and knew what they were doing.

Description of Work: They fixed a spring and found another small problem with the garage door.

Description of Work: Replaced broken garage door springs and made sure everything was working correctly.
