The first service call identified that the fan motor was burnt-out. The technician said that it was probably under warranty, if I wanted to pursue that. I thought that it would be too much work to follow-up on the warranty, so I said that he should plan to replace the motor, as soon as possible. The technician went to his truck to check on availability of the motor, and came back with: confirmation from the motor manufacturer that it was covered by warranty, and enough information that I could process the warranty request myself. Which I did. The replacement motor arrived in about one week. The service call to install the motor was quick and uneventful. The people at Fort Collins Heating and A/C were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be calling them again!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We own rental properties, and over the years we have had several heating and A/C challenges that this company has helped us with. They have earned our trust to become our go-to company for all of our heating and A/C needs. Things don't always go as expected with heating and A/C systems. We have run into some obstacles and very frustrating problems, but this company has always responded in a professional manner, treated us fairly and respectfully, and they have resolved every difficult problem we have handed them. If something has ever gone wrong with the work they completed, which is rare, they are quick to take care of the problem without charging extra money. I have done my due diligence in getting bids on the big jobs, and I have found their pricing to be competitive. This company is one of the rare gems, and I so appreciate all that they have done for us.

From the quote process through installation, which was done in 1 day, all questions answered done in professional manor. Quote from sales person was well explained with information on city rebates etc. Would use again. Had two bids and both would have been good choices but liked the detail expatiations from Ft. Collins Heating & Air better.

They were in the office to take calls at 7:15am, far earlier than I was expecting, and I found out they had people on call 24/7 (though I suspect there is an extra fee for after hours service). Someone was scheduled to come to my house between 9-9:30, a much smaller window than I was expecting (I thought I would get the usual sit at home for two hours and we will be there when we get there). They called to tell me they were on there way. The service tech was friendly but wasted no time, getting right to work. He found the problem in about 15 minutes, went over costs before going any further, then had it fixed in another 20 minutes. He didn't push the service agreement, or try to sell me a new unit, though mine was clearly past its prime, and told me that it sounded smooth and quiet, and seemed to be running really well. He honored the Angie's list coupon, was able to print a detailed receipt that listed all the work that was done, and even wore paper boots to cover his shoes when he was in the house to protect my floors. I would definitely trust and work with this company again.

They arrived on time and went to work quietly. They kept my house clean and were done in a matter of a couple of hours. Once completed they cleaned up and made sure that nothing was leaking and that all the garbage was removed from the house. You would have never known they had removed two very old water heaters.

They are excellent. They are prompt, honest, and always do what they need to do. They do great work and I am overly satisfied with their work.

Ken showed up on time and worked quickly. He found nothing pressing but a few maintenance items that he recommended we do at our convenience. We made arrangements to have the work done and he completed it on time and below the original estimate.

Excellent, they honored the warranty on the motor from the previous company that installed it. Had my furnace up and running in an hour. Phoned to say they were running late and phoned again to say they were on their way. Will certainly use them again.

Fort Collins HVAC sent me a knowledgeable and experienced technician who was thorough, communicative & answered questions. Best part, when I asked something peripheral to the work at hand (e.g., other HVAC stuff like heat recovery ventilation systems) that was outside of his purview, he'd said he'd make notes to have someone call me from his office who is the technical expert on that topic. This is wonderful! I hate being BSed and this technician didn't do that. So, I would definitely have Fort Collins HVAC back for any HVAC project I might have in the future.

The tech showed up exactly on time. He did all of the checks and explained what he did. I asked hime to give me an estimate for comb-out of fins on the outside unit that had been damaged by lightning, which he did. I was happy with the service he performed.

John come on time and went above the work quoted, he added new shut offs, NO ADDITIONAL Charge.

We requested a bid for a boiler to replace our 40 yr old boiler heating system/ AFTER fine inspection by fort collins heating they decided our boiler is just fine. They replaced a faulty pressure release valve and completely serviced the system. Also we agreed that the yearly maintenance contract is a good deal for us.

He arrived and started to work quickly. he explained everything to me and then my husband came home and he went over it all again, which was good as my husband wanted to hear it all. He ended up flushing out a hose from the AC, and putting freon (?) in the AC. All was well from then on. We were satisfied.

The owner contacted me on a Sunday to arrange work on Monday morning and got my AC repaired that day for a very reasonble cost. I couldn't be happier with the service provided!
