Very professional company with excellent communication skills and follow-up. I got exactly what I asked for and couldn't be more pleased by the way Clean Bees handled the job.

They are exceptional and pay attention to what the customer wants. Their professionalism is extraordinary. The woman who runs the business is the first to visit the house. She obviously understands her business model and knows how to clean the house. I am shocked at what they can do in the time that they are here. They estimate the time it would take to clean the house and don?t leave the house before they have got it clean. They spend a couple of sessions figuring out if their time estimate is accurate, and they adjust the time that they spend to clean the house accordingly. For example, if they estimate that the work will take two hours and then find out that it actually takes an hour and a half, then they will spend that much amount of time doing the work and bill me accordingly. They are extraordinarily efficient and very responsive. If I don?t like something, they will listen very seriously to what I have to say and will usually respond in ways that are directly related to the problem. If I am making demands on their time that is outside of their sphere of service, they don?t mind telling me that; they are very direct without being impolite. They know their business very well and have seen it all in terms of how customers also behave. They are right on time, even though I am fairly far away from where they usually do business. If they are not going to be on time, they will call and inform me how much time it would take for the person to come over. They list their rates on the internet. They came so highly recommended to me that I did not shop around for other housecleaning services. I stopped using them in December because I had enough time on my hands, and I could clean my house myself; it had nothing to do with their cleaning. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Incredibly Great! This company has solid worker bees:) They are very very good at cleaning, accepting requests from you for specific details about what you want to clean. They charge a price that is reasonable given the thoroughness of the cleaning. The people are very nice, and have people on their staff that really like our dogs (2 goldens, 1 King-Charles poodle). Our dogs love them.The price for $117.00 is for a quick cleaning, which is very good.

The house we purchased had been empty for quite some time. I wanted to get the kitchen and bathrooms ready to just move in. The Clean Bees cleaned both very well. My husband was at the house for a few days, he called and they came out the next day. It saved me a lot of time and I can now just put things away. I will give use them again once we are completely moved.

I called on Thursday to request service on Saturday. Several other companies were not available for weekend service. Clean Bees staff showed up ontime, asked which rooms to focus on, and finished at the estimated time. No problems and smooth service. I would use them again.
