The ladies at Clean Bees are absolutely wonderful. They are so incredibly receptive to feedback and tune in to what you need. I can't describe how good it feels to come home after a super long week to a clean house. They say money can't buy happiness, but it can definitely buy you more time with your family and peace of mind. Angela is so great. She stays in touch to make sure everything is going perfectly. My girls Jennesee and Erin do a very great job. They are very efficient and always arrive on time. I really appreciate their positive energy and quality of work.

It went very well. The Clean Bees are a thoroughly competent and professional group, with meticulous attention to detail in their website, literature, interviews, and cleaning. They seem to like one another and like what they're doing. They threw in extra touches, like cleaning the caked-on soap from my long-neglected wire shower caddy (I'd planned to throw it away). I've been involved on both sides of numerous cleaning services, and have never had a better experience.

Needed a one time cleaning on short notice before hosting a holiday party. Clean Bees was responsive, shifted some things around for our schedule, and did a very good cleaning. I will definitely hire again!

They come every two weeks. They come in and estimate for the size of the house and what needs to be done. They are the best, we have tried a lot.

Called several times to get an estimate as well as send in an Angie's List email/estimate to their business. After 5 days of not hearing from them, called again. Finally got someone on the line, only to find out we are not in their service area. I was told they could still clean my home, BUT I would have to pay a $46 Travel Fee to the cleaner for her travels in addition to the cleaning fee. Also was told since I'm not in their service area their rates will not be competitive. When I asked her to define, "not competitive", she said she would have to charge me MORE than her local clients because I live outside their service area. I am only a 20 minute drive from their facility - it's not like I live in Denver. First impressions, not good.

We've had them now for several years. They're absolutely outstanding. They do an excellent job. There are no cobwebs left when they leave. Their staff is friendly, intelligent and prompt. I can't praise them enough.

It has been great- it was a little up and down at the beginning. But after working on a schedule and a budget, we worked it out. I love that they leave notes on how their cleaning went, and to welcome us home. They are very pet friendly, we had an elderly dog, and they would take him outside and bring him in- they would also put his doggie diaper on. Now that is going the extra mile.

They eventually had a price increase and it wasn't worth it. They were wonderful. If they were a little more reasonably charged I would use them in the future.

We've had three different cleaning companies since moving to Fort Collins. We are three cleanings in with Clean Bees and couldn't be more happy with the work. For the first time our floors are not streaky and the attention to detail is fantastic. They cost a little more than some other places, but they take the time to do the job right.

I really appreciated the honesty and straight talk. I can't use them this time, but it seems to me that a full schedule speaks loudly about the high quality of their work. I will try calling them again some day.

I will never call this service again. I can't believe in these times that turning away business is even an option. She didn't even have the professionalism to give me any referral names. Nope, never again!

Our first meeting/walkthru took about an hour. The majority of that time was getting to know each other a bit, to see if we would be a good fit as a consumer and service provider. When services started, the people/person was punctual, professional, and friendly. The completed job was exceptionally well done. We used the service for nearly a year, and due to circumstances for us, we had to discontinue using Clean Bees. However, after about a month and a half, circumstances have taken a brighter turn and we are now again able to have Clean Bees take care of our cleaning need. I cannot say enough good about Clean Bees. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

I used Clean Bees for several years in the past. I reluctantly let them go 2 years ago for economic reasons. I was happy to rehire them after 2 years of cleaning...well, trying to clean...my own house (I travel frequently for work, and motivation to clean when I'm home is not very strong!). So I now have them out every 2 weeks to keep the house in good shape. Katie Straubel, the Owner of Clean Bees, is a smart, conscientious, professional who takes her business and her customers' interests very seriously. She has grown the business considerably since I first started using her service. If there's anything negative from my perspective, it's that I can't have exactly the same people every single time. However, I understand it's because the "Bees" are, for the most part, college students whose schedules change with each semester. Even when I get someone new (for example, if I request a date other than my regular schedule), I still receive excellent service. I highly recommend Clean Bees to anyone who needs housekeeping service!

We have had the Clean Bees do complete housework, and then bathroom only cleans. They are a great company with great people. It follows that good people work with each other:) They love our dogs, and have also provide dog-services for us, when we have being out of town. The Clean Bees clean our house every other week. They do a short cleaning or long cleaning, and you can tell them what exactly you want to have done. The Clean Bees are also green and they don't use any harsh chemicals. Some of our neighbors now use the Clean Bees because of our success with them. Our dogs love them, and the Clean Bees always mention how they enjoy our dogs as well as give us an update on each cleaning. They are simply the best service out there.

Very thorough cleanings, I like that they use environmentally friendly products. Very flexible with cleaning time and have worked around last minute scheduling changes that came up which required us changing the set time. They leave a checklist in our house which they use to refer to each time. That way every area gets covered eventually and we're not paying someone to clean blinds or other rotational areas every week (which would be excessive). Re: the other reivews about them being busy or hard to schedule, that may be true, but keep in mind they are a small, personalized business so it's well worth the wait! The only downside has been that they don't accept credit cards, but I appreciate supporting a local business and understand the credit cards cost a lot.

called Clean Bees to obtain information about their residential cleaning service. The person on the phone was very nice and professional. I had scheduled an appointment to have the owner come to my house for an estimate. On the day of the appointment I took time off of work to meet her at my house however she never showed up. I tried to call the office to let them know that the owner did not show up and try to reschedule for a later date but I was unable to reach anyone. I left a voicemail letting them know this information and they never called back. I felt this was very disrespectful of my time and I would never use them in the future.

I'm very happy with the services we received from Clean Bees. When we sell, I will probably have them help us with cleaning for moving out.

Contacted them for a quote given the good reviews. It was hard to align on an appointment for in-house consultation due to owner's travel plans and constraints on our side. Did sync-up a month later for in-home consultation and quote was 2-3X of competition. There was no follow-up from clean bees on the quote. From the initial appointment process to final quote, got a feeling they are maxed out.

They often perform extra tasks such as bringing in trash cans from the sidewalk. Clean Bees has been very flexible about occasional scheduling changes. I am very happy with the quality of service.

We've used them for 2.5 years; only late once, and at that time they sent extra help to finish on time. They do a very conscientious job, listen to requests with genuine willingness and attention. Can be trusted alone in our home, to lock up, etc. They use environmentally friendly products. The house always looks, feels, and smells fresh and they do it all! General cleaning and bigger or specific details upon request. Really nice owner and very pleasant employees.
