Jeff spent hours diagnosing the problem and determined it was a bad motor. He returned the following morning to replace the motor and ended up replacing a few other components while inside (at no additional cost). It was a tough job to remove the motor and in the course of removing it, unfortunately the fan housing (plastic) was destroyed in the process. A true professional, Jeff immediately left to obtain the unplanned part and did not charge us for it. He worked to get everything reinstalled, tested the dryer to ensure it was fixed, and the cost was exactly what he had quoted the day before. I'd estimate that he spent a good 8 hours between the 2 days (Friday and SATURDAY) and the cost was steal considering the labor required. Fast response - we called at 4pm on Thursday and he was able to fit us in on Friday afternoon then completed the job on Saturday morning. I can't say enough great things about Jeff, we'll definitely call him for any appliance repairs in the future :)

Jeff was punctual on arrival and explained the issue clearly to us. He fixed the icemaker, reset the temp on the refrig and freezer, and helped us understand how to avoid future problems. He was very professional and helpful. We felt his fee was reasonable, especially with the Angie's List savings. As he left, he even went the extra mile to help my husband unload a grill. Appliance Artisan will be out "go-to" company for any future appliance repairs we need.

Excellent! Our refrigerator went out last night & we tried calling several different repair places this morning. There were a couple companies that gave us a 5 hour window. I decided to look on Yelp & found 5 star reviews (across the board) for Jeff. I called & the lady I spoke with was very sweet. She was able to get us scheduled immediately! Jeff came over & was professional, honest and got the job done! He also gave us a warranty on the work he had done for 90 days!! We have had our fireplace & AC worked on in the last 2 weeks and none of the companies offered a warranty on their work. This is awesome that he stands by his work! We will absolutely be calling him again! Family owned company that stands by their work is something I can support all day!
