Jarrod was friendly and helpful. Caught three raccoons and provided information on how to to about claiming den cleanup with our insurance company.

They arrived when expected, took pictures, suggested a cap attic fan but due to weather said they would return the next day. They did on time, did additional evaluation taking pictures gave us a very believable diagnosis. Ant have anything to compare price to but seemed reasonable. Very professional and sounded experienced.

Extremely prompt professional, and worked with a very tight timeline for us. Recommended another vendor for additional restoration work too.

It went well. It took a couple weeks since they had to be trapped one at a time. Very professional and provided excellent service. It was expensive but I understand since there were five squirrels involved. I don't know if there was less expensive way of doing it.

The job overall went pretty good. The treatment that he did has been working so I was pretty happy with it. They were very professional. There wasn't really a whole lot of clean up to do, they just put out some traps. Their overall customer service was great. From the other quotes I got their price was in line with everybody else.

We plan on using his services again to seal the entry points to make sure this problem does not continue, however we have to wait for a break in the weather.

Jarad was very professional came out right away set up several traps and called me every day with an update. The critters had moved on so we did not catch anything. This is the second time I have used them.

We have an old house with a large attic and a many-gabled roof. For the last 10 years or so bats have been living in the attic and would invade the living quarters at least once during the summer. The summer of 2012, we had 8 bat invasions. In October, I contacted When Nature Calls and they came out, inspected and took extensive photos and determined that we had bats but thankfully not a huge colony. I believe some holes were plugged at that time or shortly thereafter. In April, they came out, plugged the holes where bats could get in and placed one-way exit tubes. About three weeks later, the tubes were removed. Apparently it worked because we have not had a bat invasion this summer and have not detected bat droppings in the attic. There is a two year guarantee. Expensive, but we couldn't have gotten rid of them ourselves. I was skeptical that the bat-proofing would work, but apparently it did.

Called everyday, set up video for night traffic. Very nice and friendly.

Gerrod was very thorough and professional. A neighbor informed me he had seen a raccoon come out from under my deck, and ducked back in when his dog barked. Gerrod came out and surveyed around our deck, and informed me there were no entry holes a raccoon could enter. He also inspected the rest of the house to assess other weaknesses. He advised against setting traps, because there were no raccoon living at our house,. The neighbor probably saw a wandering raccoon, they are very active getting ready for winter, and if he set traps he would just trap a wandering raccoon, He did not charge us for assessing the problem or the survey of our property, Gerrod was professional and honest. I will not hesitate to call back if I have a problem.

Gerrod has been helping us with pest problems for the past 6 years (from bats to mice, to ants, to snakes, to now rats). He is, hands down, the best pest control specialist around. We have an old tall house and treatment can be challenging. Gerrod does what it takes to solve the problem. The people we worked with before him never stuck around long enough to actually solve our problems. ( One man flat out refused to get on our roof for the bats.) Gerrod is the best.

Jerrod, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He does an excellent job educating his client and follows IL Health and DNK rules.
