Genod was very agonized and detailed and explained the process involved in happing the animals. He was upfront with his chamber and ever worked over a holiday weekend. He did everything I asked him to do.

They came out and put traps & bait. They came each time a trap was sprung. They caught one and removed it. The pricing was very fair as they didn’t charge for every home visit, but they could have.

Gerrod was very professional. He showed up when he said he would. He treated the animals humanely. He was thorough and respectful.

I saw a raccoon coming across the back yard toward the house. Due to fresh snow on the ground it was easy to tell that the raccoon had gone under the deck. I looked for someone to trap the raccoon and called Gerrold, He told me what he does, the cost and we met at my house the following morning. He set two traps and when I checked them the next morning, they were both full. Gerrold came out, put the varmints in his truck and reset the traps. We left the traps out for three days with no further activity, so the job was over. He's the best.

We have used Gerrod before and he is friendly, on time, and knowledgeable. He is reasonably priced and doesn't waste time while in our home.

Called company on November 18th and they arrived on Nov. 19th. Did roof inspection and found where unknown animal(s) had entered. Returned same day and installed a camera which provider could then view on his smart phone. With camera, provider could see what type of animal(s) so proper type of trap could be set. A squirrel was caught on camera and provider returned to set trap specifically for squirrels. Snow storm on Nov. 21st blocked camera's view and provider returned again to reposition camera. Additional traps (entry & exit) installed. Over a period of several days, a total of 3 squirrels were trapped and removed. Final visit was sealing entry point with stainless steel and another review of total roof integrity. Throughout this ordeal provider stayed in constant contact with me and would give me almost daily updates. Very knowledgeable person and dedicated. Explained everything to me and he was very safety conscious as he climbed around on my roof.

Great. No more mice/mouse in house. He was responsive to initial call, and even called in the evening to be sure I received follow up. He was on time for his next appt, and we had perimeter program completed within 1 week of my initial call. Very good to work with!

Skunks tearing up the lawn. Caught two. Did a grub treatment on the lawn as recommended. Received very fair treatment on pricing considering many trips back to assure our satisfaction. Very pleased with all involved. Highly recommended.

Jared was very knowledgeable. Found best way to place traps without endangering anything else. Kept contact with us until it was confirmed racoon was gone. Then he sealed entrance made by racoon to prevent reentry.

He came out the day we called. set the trap at the hole, and told us to call in each morning with the status. 2 days later in the late afternoon the animal came out of his hole and went directly into the cage. I called in and asked if they could please pick it up that day as it was driving our dog crazy. Gerrod came out and removed the animal. Very prompt and professional.

Gerrod Walker was extremely knowledgeable and thorough regarding trapping of skunks; we had traps set for 3 days and contracted him to set up hardware cloth to prevent return of any skunks.

A raccoon scratched a hole in our roof to establish residence. A trap was set, but no catch. Patched the roof hole and moved trap to back of house where 1 opossum and 6 raccoons were trapped and removed from premises. Good job!

Very well. Set 18 traps around the house. Caught 15 chipmunks in 3 days. Filled up 6 entry points and 2 vent screens. Nice guy very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

He worked me in the day after I called, came for 3 days, but only charged me one service call. Gave me helpful suggestions to eliminate the problem and was a very nice young man.

He never mentioned he needed to be called before 9am everyday until we were charged several days at a $75 fee. Also yelled at me over the phone and never apologized for shoddy treatment of a paying customer.
