I would use them again.

.They wouldn't bring my cans back up to the gate snd they are alot more expensive then the other company. Wouldn't go back.

It is a private company and they are all over the country. They charge us on a monthly basis. Our only concern is that their rates go up monthly because of the fuel charges. We have had them for years and are very good. We have never had to go out and pick up trash from the time we have been here. The quality of work for the individual driver then they have been good but the recycle people have missed it a couple of times. They have always been responsive. They are punctual because they are here at the same time every week. We will probably look at other companies because we have watched our neighbors and feel that waste management is not that consistent but for now we will still continue to use them. We are positive about them because they do a good job. They are little over priced but they have an offer to match any other companies. But, we don’t want to go through so much to prove it to them and haven’t found it necessary at this point. But, if they keep increasing their prices then I probably will ask them to match and go through the process of documenting what my neighbors pay.

It has all been positive. They are here every Wednesday with the exception of a holiday. They have a job to do and the price is competitive with the other two services that work the area. If it was unreasonable we would be getting another service. We will continue to use them in the future.

They do a good job.

Pros: Company always picks up my trash on time, never leaves a mess. Trash collectors and customer service reps always polite and friendly. Cons: Price. $90/month is entirely too much for trash collection. They add a fuel charge of around $12, recycling is about another $12, and they add about $3 for an administration fee. What's that? I'm shopping for another service. Responsiveness is slow but friendly. Plan on making several phone calls.For example, I received my recyling container 1 year after paying for it. The polite customer service folks apoligized repeatedly every time I called. I even got a couple of weeks free. But, it still took a year. I have better things to do with my time than repeatedly call my trash collection service.

I have no complaints with them. I never hear the clanking of cans or had any damaged. I have had the as my provider for the last three years. They came the same time and day every week unless a holiday, then they inform of the change of schedule.

I haven't had any problems with them at all. They have always been here to pick up our garbage and they are very nice people. We have used them for years and I can definitely say they are dependable people. I pay them every two months.

They were prompt and did not leave a mess of the area we had put the debris in. It was very convenient as we just put the extra out with our usual trash, they picked it up and it was on the next bill.

IT IS QUITE A RELIEF TO GET RID OF THE TRASH. THEY ARE QUICK, FAST, BUT NOT RELIABLE. THERE HAVE BEEN SITUATIONS WHERE I HAD TO CALL AND REMIND THEM TO COME DUMP THE TRASH.

WASTE MANAGEMENT BROUGHT THE ROLL OFF EARLY IN THE MORNING AND LET US KEEP IT FOR 1 WEEK SO WE COULD FILL UP ALL THE SPACE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT WHEN IT CAME TO GETTING THE ROLL OFF. IT ONLY TOOK 1 DAY TO ASK FOR IT, THEN WE HAD IT THE NEXT DAY.

POOR SERVICE AT TIMES. TRASH BARRELS LEFT KNOCKED OVER- TRASH IN STREET. UNAPOLOGETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. CONSIDERED SWITCHING. HIGHER PRICED. PICKS UP AT VERY END OF DAY.
