We are very happy with the price, quality, and service we've received from Power Home Remodeling! We are replacing our original builder grade windows! We can tell the difference on the first day! No cold air bleeding in, and it's much quieter inside!! And all the customer service has been super polite and professional!! We would totally recommend Power!!

Power is extremely communicative and professional. When you hire Power Home Remodeling, you are never in the dark about what is happening with your project. Every interaction that we had with every department was excellent. They are extremely punctual, and every service took less time to complete than initially quoted. Would absolutely hire again for any service that they provide.

The work done was great. They were very professional, worked to give us a quote to accomodate our financial needs. They showed up on time, completed the work timely. The work completed was completed neatly and professionally. The windows have made a difference in our heating and cooling bills and have helped to keep our house comfortable in all kinds of weather. We had the windows completed in June and have had them back to complete the siding and trim. Great work and would have them back again for other needs.

I have had a horrible experience using Power Home Remodeling. The only part of the project that went as expected was the window installation. The salesperson sold us on more expensive windows with an a/c vent that, when our first project manager (Maxwell) came to the house, said couldn't be installed. However, there wasn't a discount for the cheaper windows as he said they were the same price; contradicting the salesperson. Even though we were paying with cash, the salesperson said that they had to run a credit check, but it wasn't an application and wouldn't show up on our credit report. WRONG it was a credit application and did show up on our credit report along with all of the details of our "loan" (with an extremely enormous interest rate) from a third party credit company. We still ended up being able to pay with a check, but we were still lied to. My wife and I spent weeks trying to get the project manager to send us a picture of what the actual window will look like since it wasn't what the salesperson had shown us. He just ignored our calls and emails. We should have cancelled then, but, unfortunately, did not. I started trying, again, to contact the project manager a week before the install to confirm. We finally got a response the day before that said a scheduler would call with my new project manager (Matt). The scheduler did call and give us Matt's phone number. I tried to call Matt to confirm, with no success. The installation crew did come at the time they were originally scheduled for months before. I thought the crew was courteous and did a great job. After the installation, I told them I was paying with a check. They called the project manager---miraculously getting ahold of him---to get the final price and schedule an inspection. I paid them and thought everything was going to turn out okay. However, the inspection did not happen on the date that Matt gave me. I even checked the outdoor cameras to confirm that I just didn't hear them. I've been calling Matt and leaving voice messages with no response. Now I have the HOA telling me that I have to take down the big blue Power Home Remodeling stickers off of my windows, but Matt said they had to stay until the inspection is over. I would not recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone.

We started with windows and gutters. Jake, our sales man was very flexible with schedule. We have difficult schedules and he was here until dark answering our questions. All nine windows were installed in 5 hours. They did all the set up, paperwork and clean up. When we found a small tear in the screen on one of the windows and they repaired it. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work and the customer service that we added a second project, the siding! We will referring back to them for any future work.

power replaced all the windows in my home. i had many questions before the work was started, i made numerous phone calls to the company and all of my questions were answered quickly and professionally and friendly. i couldn't believe how friendly they were. the sales process was quite long but we are very satisfied with the result. the installers came early and got right to work, kept a very clean work space, plastic over everything, and it was finished in one day for 16 windows. Finally they sent an inspector out to double check every window and if anything was out of line it was ordered right away and replaced.

We were very pleased with the people and their work. Any issue we had was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. The products themselves are top quality. They will not take a dime until after the work is done and we were totally satisfied. Any large company can be frustrating to deal with at times but Power puts the customer first in every phase of the project.

They were fantastic. From start to finish, they were punctual, professional, and fun to work with. The windows look amazing and we couldn't be happier with the service.

We met Power through Sam's Club. Everyone from start to finish was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Everyone answered our questions and was thorough. There was a lot of communication and follow up. The install went smoothly and efficiently. The workers covered up all the carpet and furniture with plastic and vacuumed when they were done to make sure our house stayed clean. They went above and beyond! We were really impressed with Power and highly recommend them as a company. We love our new Windows! We noticed a difference right away. Our house is much warmer and quieter!

Overall it went very well, on the day of the start of the project their foreman had a severe illness and they had to reschedule for the following day. They showed up at 7am and they got right to work and finished the first phase of the project ( windows and doors ). The following Tuesday they installed the siding, they were very prompt this morning as well at 7:15am, once again the crew got right to work and were very efficient and almost got the whole house sided, they left one small section they had to come back the next day and fix. Overall I would say they were very professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do, I was impressed with the whole process from start to finish. We had the QA Manager come by last night and finish out the job and he found a few minor things they would need to fix but overall they had everything done right.

Timely, professional, friendly, industrious doing their work. Communicate well during the process.

It was FANTASTIC! Very, very good windows and the entire process was handled professionally. Don't hesitate on this one.

Complete waste of time. Called to schedule a next day estimate for replacing 45 windows and 2 patio doors at my home. Apparently the morning of the appointment, a recorded message was left for me on my voicemail to reconfirm the afternoon appointment. I wasn't able to check my messages (the whole reason for the afternoon appointment was because I had other engagements in the morning), so they took it upon themselves to cancel the afternoon appointment. I was left to find out about it when 15 minutes after the appointment time, I called them to find out about the delay. Seems that I was expected to respond to their voicemail from that morning and know their cancellation policy through osmosis. Instead of rescheduling and reconfirming during the same call, I was put back on hold (while nobody cared to pick up at the other end) for the "confirmation department." Thanks for respecting my time. Will gladly take my business elsewhere...Zen Windows, Colorado Window Source, Windows for America...head and shoulders above these guys in terms of professionalism. If meeting someone at a pre-arranged time and place is too confusing when you're being interviewed for a job, you're not cut out for the job. At least thanks for telling me up-front not to hire you.

I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling. The whole process went smoothly. The windows are superb! I love them. The employees at Power, all of them I met (quite a few) were super friendly and knowledgeable, and very prompt. Cost was much cheaper than Andersen Renewal, I had Andersen Renewal replace all my windows on my old house. For many reasons, I prefer Power Home.

They were professional from the sales presentation, all the way through pre- inspection, install and QA. Lea, Taylor, Josh, Drew, Danny and Laurie were all exceptional. You can tell they back the product they sale and enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend this company and it's employees.

Fantastic. I had them do my windows in December and bought the gutters after they completed that project. They look beautiful. It is expensive but I think the quality is worth it. Communication was outstanding through the whole process and the installers were professional and left the area spotless!

I could not be more pleased with my decision to hire Power Home Remodeling for my windows, siding, and gutter project. As a single woman and new homeowner, trust, patience, transparency, and quality were my top criteria in a hiring decision, and ultimately, the criteria upon which I would use to judge my overall experience for this project. The entire process, thus far, has been top notch, and has exceeded my expectations. From the initial sales process in which Blake (windows) and Blake & Pat (siding/gutters) spent as much time with me as needed (hours upon hours - I had tons of questions) to help me come to an educated, confident decision to make the purchase; through the pre-install inspection process in which Ben was super thorough, patient, and helpful in answering my questions about the details of the inspection; to the great interaction I’ve Had with Jesse, my project manager, who elected to oversee my entire project to create consistency in updates and communication of the progress while i was traveling during the time the project was being completed; and finally, to the quality assurance inspection, conducted by Dave, half way through the project to ensure everything was being done to the Power Standard. I feel immensely taken care of. The trust that has developed with this team and the pride I feel towards my home was an unexpected bonus of choosing to hire Power. As for the products themselves, I have been impressed 10 times over by these system-based products and how they are all designed to not only improve the home for their individual functions, but to make the home more efficient in all ways. My experience with the company and product was first rate. The rep was very thorough with me though the installation of the products, and the benefits of high energy efficiency of the windows. I had 60 year old metal casement windows, and the installer have been diligent in the their clean up process. I would recommend Power Windows to my friends and neighbors.
