Everything was perfect. Quick and quality install and I couldn’t be happier with the windows and doors. All the workers were courteous and professional.

They did first project in 2016. That was siding glass door and two windows. For most part happy on that project other than our screen on the siding glass would not stay on the rail. They fixed it by tighten it. Made hard to open and close but we didn't complain any further. That was $5500 project. Fast forward to 2022. Someone shot our front window. We call Power for quote to replace that window. Was told they can't just do one window. Talk us into 4 windows and front door. This completed our upstairs. After 3 plus hours of wheeling and dealing we came to price of $10,700. Placed order in March but they claimed couldn't get ahold of HOA. I got involved in May and got notice back the HOA was devolved. They placed order for 4 windows and door in June. Door immediately goes on backorder so pushes the installation to end August. Got the installation done. Happy again with windows but noticed door is not what ordered. Was told that got what ordered, so I again tell them no and need to prove it. I emailed photos what got and what ordered. The door had wrong handles, no kick plate, damaged, and can't even lock the door. I emailed all this to them, get no response. Called talked to person sold us the project. He asked us to email him the photos and proof. I again emailed him and original person. Again, nothing communicated back. Let's move onto the third project we got sold. They sent a project manager out to inspect the installation of 4 windows and door. We told him the issue with door, again asking us to provide the errors and emailed the office. Again doing that night after we talked. After having all new windows and doors, we noticed a lot humidity building up in the house. The gentleman that inspected the windows and door informed us since our house was built before 2005, the builder only had air vents every 10 feet. This was not to code and if we wanted proper air flow we needed vents every 3 feet. We could get this with their soffits. Facsia, and gutter system. Since I have had cancer twice and so has my son, we didn't need mold issues. We agreed to them installing vents with soffits over top and new fascia plates, and new gutters. These project $6300. To this point. Mostly good with their work. New project started 10/24/22 to 10/25/22. Virtually no job site cleanup being done and screws, nails, and pieces of construction material left all over my yard, sidewalk, and driveway. Several attempts asking them to close the gate when done since we have fenced in yard for our dogs and my husbandin wheelchair. What do they do, gates left wide open each day of projects. Too bad there is a huge language barrier talking to the workers. They probably had no idea what asking them. On day one, they completed the demo. The started process of installing the vents and soffits. As you know, soffits are supposed to side into the the F-Channel, J-Channel, and H-bar with no gaps. Even in size all the way around to make look universal and no gaps. I go outside after they left. I have huge gaps, broken soffits all over. I show this to friend that does home inspection. His comments to me is as following:"Nope, they are different lengths and why are the seams showing? What did they do break them while cutting or used scraps? That is one crappy job for sure." Make call to Power that night, they again ask for proof. Email it right away. I heard nothing back, so talked to installer the next day. Pointed out my concerns. He tells me not to worry. He salutation, we will bend over facsia and stick gutters on. It will be all good. No. NOT all good. Here have broken soffits that hidden with bent over facsia and gaps everywhere. Again on the phone to office, demanding that get project manager out to see this. Told that all projects don't get project managers. Again to send pictures of the issues. Each time I am reminding them that not only this project have issues, so does my door from 2 months ago. Again, sending out single person to fix just issue with soffits and facsia with all the gaps and breaks. His fix.....lots and lots of white caulking. Everywhere! Still have broken and damaged soffits hidden under bent over facsia with lots and lots caulking to fill the gaps. As of 11/1, told that the soffits, facsia and gutters are properly installed. Oh, they have ETA now on fixing my door. January 2023. Won't even come to fix the locking issue until they can fix rest. So much with locking my door for safety at night. At this point, I will not recommend this company. I would run, do not look back if they contact you. I have lots and lots pictures to share since I am having to prove their errors.

Power Home Remodeling completed a huge job for me in 2020, including all new windows, siding and a French Door amounting to over $35,000. The windows and siding look beautiful; however I have had major issues with the French Doors since the install 18 months ago. Power Home Remodeling has been out to look at the French Doors 7 times since then, they have been completely replaced once already and I am still having issues. Most recently, I had Power Home Remodeling come out to the property on July 18th to fix issues with my French Doors. Again, I am left with sunlight streaming through a crack in the door. Antonio, the contractor who arrived to fix it said he would put us in touch with the VP because this job has not been done correctly from the beginning. Antonio said he would be ordering us a new trim board to be installed correctly where the old one left about an inch gap between the kitchen floor and the trim. He also showed us how the door is bowing inward and was not correctly installed from the start. Because of this bowing, we have a crack in the door that is allowing air into and out of the home, therefore losing it's energy efficiency. He also looked at the doorplate and mentioned the incorrect install and how the sill plate should extend to the end of the concreate step to prevent the tripping hazard (again Colorado Code) that currently exists. At this point so many mistakes have been made, and we have had so many contractors out here, I do not know who to contact. I am including pictures of the inch gap between the trim and the floor. The sill plate should go out to the end of the cement step; however it has just been patched with clear caulk which looks completely unprofessional and disgusting. If anyone is wondering, check out the pictures...this is what a $7,000+ door looks like if installed by Power Home Remodeling. Their company name is completely misleading, they do not know how to remodel, or the door would not continue to look like this after 18 months. Additionally, there are three different heights of the stair since install because it is not flush with the floor, as it should be. I have included pictures of the three heigh tipping hazard stair that has currently not been addressed after a BBB complaint has been filed. I am currently looking into small claims to have the door completely ripped out and replaced with another, more reliable company. This company thrives on its door to door advertising, where salespeople sell a product without thoroughly understanding the home. The home was built in the 1970s and the company did not account for the threshold of an older home. When they did the pre-install inspection, the person doing that inspection did not account for the cement step outside and the company continues to try to patch an old job that they should have never accepted in the first place because it cannot be done in this old home. At this point, it has been over 18 and I still have sunlight streaming through my door.

Everything went smoothly. Everyone we encountered was very professional and respectful. The products are good quality windows and installation was done quickly, but with great care. I highly recommend this company and will gladly use them again for future projects.

I would recommend Power to anyone. From the get go everyone is very nice and professional. They will also answer any all questions that you have and will do their best to get you anything and everything you need.

The work was quick and is performing as expected. BUT, they aren’t honoring the “amazing warranty” that they claim to have. I have multiple issues and have little communications from them about the matter. I would NOT hire them again as the warranty issue is starting to turn into real damage.

It went mostly well. They were quick and efficient. They did not put in one of the screens and I couldn’t get it so had to have someone come back. The windows themselves are great. I’m a repeat customer after having gotten half done at an earlier time. The installers moved patio furniture and didn’t put it back which was an irritation but overall the install was good and I’m happy with the windows.

They seem to be doing great. Power is installing six windows. I like them. The installers are very efficient and thorough. They sent a qa manager to double check everything

Power did a great job and the team was courtious and on time and finished the job quickly. I had very old windows that were difficult to operate. Now I am relieved and happy that I can keep a breeze through my home during the heat of summer and stay warm in the fall and winter.

We initially had a sales person out on 6/15 to give us a quote on siding and soffits. After a lengthy discussion and presentation of how great the company and product is we were given a really high quote. As other reviews mention, the sales person will haggle back and forth and keep offering more and more discounts until they are at a price more in line with other contractors. Due to the good amount of positive Google reviews on the final product and the lifetime warranty we decided to proceed with the work. We signed a contract and were given a hand written Detail of Work. We did not get a copy of the initial contract that day. The installation was scheduled to start on 8/10. After the first day of work I went out to look at the job and noticed the siding was a totally different style than we had purchased. I immediately called PHR and talked to their local manager about the mix up. During the call he said the contract we signed showed what we had purchased and it was correct. The siding listed in the contract was listed as 'Cedar Tech Wall System Styles Straight Types Triple 6" Configs.' which apparently translates to Horizontal Plank siding as opposed to the Board and Batten we were initially sold. I sent back the hand written Detail of Work that clearly listed the Board and Batten and was told that style we wanted would be an additional $2759. I attempted to get PHR to honor the initial quote out of good faith and was told they could meet us halfway and if we agreed they could get the material right away and get the project going again. At this point we just wanted the job done and agreed to pay the additional $1379. We got a call the following day saying the materials were not available locally as they had hoped and would have to be ordered and would not be here until 8/26. The updated materials were delivered and after nearly daily follow up calls to see if workers were going to show up or not work was “completed” on 9/8. I had a rather large list of issues with the work ranging from the workers cutting up my 2 year old gutters in an attempt to reinstall, inconsistent edges/corners and gaps, to simple items like my AC power line not being re-attached to the house and virtually no job site cleanup being done and screws, nails, and pieces of construction material left all over my yard, to even beer bottles being left in the roll off dumpster. It took over the next 3.5 months and 14 calls to PHR (mostly unreturned voicemails) to get two different project managers out to finally fix all of the issues. As of 12/16 my project is actually finished. I received multiple apologies saying they had been really busy and that was no excuse. At the end of the day I would stay far far away from this company.

***UPDATE*** I recently posted on angie's list to get some window replacement quotes. This is one of the companies that Angie's list recommended. First, they called three times and HUNG UP ON ME EACH TIME I ANSWERED. I was asked if there was another homeowner listed on the title, and I said yes. So now they want to do a whole home inspection while my son is home. I only wanted the windows in two rooms looked at. I don't want an entire inspection. They won't even show up if both homeowners are not home. So I said, fine, we're done and hung up. After I finish this review I'm going to let Angie's list and Home Advisor know they're sending less than stellar recommendations. **original google review** They are clueless. First, when the salesman came to the house, he broke a window blind of mine and did not offer to even try to repair it. He also broke his 'unbreakable' window which shattered all over the kitchen. He came to do an estimate on 6 windows, only measured 4. He then stated that the two he missed would be the same price as the other 4. Funny, the two he missed are different sizes than the 4 he did measure. BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE I put a 'No soliciting' sign on my door. Imagine my surprise when someone from Power rang my doorbell today! They don't have any common sense. Ridiculous company. Oh, and those 4 windows he did quote? 10K. I wish people had to pass an iq test to start a business. Lame as it gets, these people. Also, because my adult son was the one to set the appointment, why was he not asked if any other decision makers were in the home? Why is it that a lot of your reviews show women being asked this question? I purchased the house. I was treated like a tenant. The salesman said the window shattered because 'i must have hit it on an angle' which shows ME that unless your hurricane is coming directly at your windows at a 90 degree angle, they'll probably disintegrate as well. **update: I did call the number listed and once I explained the issue, they hung up on me and I've not had a word since. Plus, two of their clueless workers came to the door and rang the bell EVEN WITH A 'NO SOLICITATION' SIGN ON MY DOOR. They just don't give a **** about anything.

I have new windows in my home Mfg date is 5/24/2019 a front window shattered I just called for warranty and Power Home Remodeling says is not covered, and their replacement is about $100 more than other local companies, I know who not to buy windows fromi

I liked the people who worked on my house. They answered any question I had. They finished on time and did good work.
