From the get-go, Power was professional, personable, and pleasurable to work with. From the sales person all the way to the to the quality assurance guy, service was top notch. The windows are gorgeous.

Very smoothly. The installers were polite and professional, as well as prompt and skilled. They left the space cleaner than when they arrived once the work was done.

The Power Home Remodeling company has done exactly what they said they would do on the installation of the windows. They were able to assist with financing of the project making it affordable for me to make the decision to replace the windows. At all stages of this project they were prompt, professional and informative. They were accommodating to my schedule concerns. They answered all my questions. They completed the 7 window install in just about 3 hours and cleaned up as they worked. This company provides a great warranty on their product and continued service after. This project went very smoothly.

The project was delayed a couple days due to a truck breaking down, so we had to shuffle our schedules around which was inconvenient. Once the team showed up though, everything went well. The crew were very respectful and friendly. We only spoke with the project manager over the phone, but a separate quality inspector came by after the job was done to make sure everything was installed correctly and to our liking. We are happy with the improved heat efficiency and noise reduction!

All windows were replaced in one day. They were very good about working around my dogs. While here, they pointed out some serious issues with my siding such as holes from hail damage. We discussed issues I've noticed with the gutters. While here, they took a look at all concerns I had regarding my house. Made me feel more comfortable about my investment.

Excellent - start to finish. Very thorough presentation - including features, technology and pricing - and demonstration of the window product by Brian. Pre-installation visit by Josh - to review the project, verify measurements, review the installation process - and outline helpful prep work to be done - clear the work areas, take down curtains / blinds (in my case) - and explain the overall install process. Josh indicated the proposed installation date. Installation was on-time with crew on-site on-time - with confirmation call 3 days in advance of work start. Crew did an excellent job with install - including clean-up and post-install review - and surprise wasp find. Post inspection and walk-thru by Dave - and crew - including the install and reviewing warranty. Positive experience from start to finish - including more follow-up, confirmations and scheduling verifications than I had been anticipating!! Nice!!

Very smoothly. Sales person was very friendly, professional and thorough. He did strongly recommend a "lining" in the attic which we ordered. Upon further research we decided it wasn't necessary, especially at $3400, so I called to remove that from our order. Removal was agreed to with no pressure or reluctance. The windows were installed on date promised. The installers were very efficient and friendly. They installed the windows beautifully and cleaned up afterwards. The windows look great and perform perfectly. Too soon to know if we will realize energy savings.

This is the second time I have used Power home and I am still very impressed with their professionalism and the quality of work. They have kept me informed, arrived when the said they would and they have done an excellent job. I will be using them again!

Fantastic! Very professional, friendly, enthusiastic staff. When completing window replacement, the staff took the time to pay extreme attention to detail from initial preparation of area to final clean up.

It was a great experience! All people we had contact with, from the first person at the door to the installers and quality assurance manager, were professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Some of their names were Brie, Don, Paul, Josh, and AJ. We definitely think this was the most pleasant remodeling experience we have ever had!

It weant well. Everyone who works for the company is professional and easy to work with. They did a good job of accommodating my needs. The quality of materials is very good.
