Technician was on time, was professional and accommodating. This company is a bit expensive; my price reflected a discount of $100.00. However, as I doubt my house vents had ever been cleaned (25 years), this price was worth it to me,- to have the ultimate cleaning.

Monster Vac was hired to clean our air ducts. Unfortunately they did not do so as contracted. There was debree left in the ducts, our carpets were left stained with oil. I called the owner, Bill, who was non- cooperative in helping me, and was condescending derogatory. He made it clear to me that the issue was mine not Monster Vacs. After repeated attempts to have our ducts cleaned as paid for, It was necessary to contact an additional company to help in the maintenance our home. Monster Vac did reluctantly finish the job as hired for, after much distress on my part. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are UNPROFESSIONAL.

They were on time, polite, cleaned up after themselves and showed me the before and after. We opted for a lower priced service because our furnace had just been cleaned and they checked the furnace and confirmed it was in fact clean. They offered additional services when they arrived- some of which I decided to use and was quite pleased.

OVERALL, I WAS VERY PLEASED. MONSTER VAC GAVE PROMPT SERVICE & DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB CLEANING MY AIR DUCTS & FURNACE. THE PEOPLE I DEALT WITH WERE FRIENDLY. OVERALL, IT WAS A VERY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END.

MONSTER VAC CAME TO THE HOUSE AND USING LONG HOSES, CLEANED OUT 18 VENTS/RETURNS AND THE MAIN FURNACE WITH A VEHICLE MOUNTED VACUUM. THEY WERE HARD TO SCHEDULE WITH AND THEY MISSED THEIR FIRST APPOINTMENT. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN BUT, SCHEDULING WAS DIFFICULT.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING ALL MY AIR VENTS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY CLEANED THE WHOLE VENTILATION SYSTEM IN MY HOUSE. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE.

I RATE THIS COMPANY AN A+!!! THEY DID A GREAT JOB, THE TECHNICIAN WAS THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY INSTALLED AN AIR MONITOR FOR THE NEXT TWO DAYS AND FIXED THE DUCT GOING TO THE HOT WATER FURNACE FREE OF CHARGE. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH IN THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH, I WAS VERY PLEASED.

MONSTER VAC WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID A NICE JOB. I WOULD SAY THAT THERE PRICING IS A LITTLE HIGH. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE MONEY THING WAS JUST TOO HIGH.

WHEN WE CALLED THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND SET US UP RIGHT AWAY TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. THE EMPLOYEE WHO THEY SENT WAS VERY NICE AND I FEEL HE DID A GOOD JOB.
