We hadn't had our windows or gutters cleaned for several years. The last company I used didn't respond, so I looked on Angie's List for someone nearby with a good rating. Jack's Window Cleaning called me within 2 days of my request, and followed up on my questions. They scheduled an appointment within 1-2 weeks of my initial call, and showed up on the day and time as agreed. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. We were completely satisfied.

I requested an estimate from Jack's for window and gutter cleaning. This was the 4th bid I received. Jack's was the ONLY one that even stepped into my house to assess my windows and screens, which turned out to be very important, as my screens can't be simply removed for cleaning. All bids were ~ the same in terms of cost, but Jacks was completely up front about the screens and options for trying to remove them (and honestly telling me that they may bend and things could potentially break). I appreciated their professionalism and honestly. I'm not exactly sure what would have happened if I'd hired one of the others who did not assess this problem initially. Jacks was hired to clean the gutters. They showed up on time (despite a slight rain), and completed the job in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I still don't have my windows clean, but I'll need to think about this problem more.

Two young men arrived on time to do the work. They were very thorough and professional. We paid exactly what we expected to pay and were more than pleased with the result. The next time we need to have our windows cleaned, we plan to give Jack's Window Cleaning a call.

We were in the process of getting our home ready to sell. I needed both my carpets and my windows cleaned. I work full time and did not have a lot of time to sit at home with two different service providers to have the work done. Jack's Window Cleaning did both. The guys were efficient and courteous. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Additionally their estimate was right on- there were no hidden fees or charges.

When I called to schedule the cleaning, I was treated in a friendly and professional manner, and the appointment was set up for only three days after. Nick was prompt and called ahead to let us know he was coming. He was courteous and efficient and did an excellent job. We have relied on Jack's Window Cleaning for many years and have always been completely satisfied. The price has remained the same for as long as we have used them. We have never had a problem with the work itself or any of the crew.
