Jack's Window & Carpet Cleaning

The worker that the company sent to clean the windows was really polite and on time. He did a great job cleaning the windows, but the tracks in the windows and sliding door were not really cleaned. I will use this company again, but request a different worker.

Great job! Would definitely use them again. The only reason I dinged them a bit on responsiveness is that they don't respond well to online / email requests (upon sending a request for work again this year they replied that I should call them).

I gave Jack's short-notice, and they were able to accommodate. Richard was punctual and professional. He advised me of several options. Great care was taken to ensure that nothing was damaged while he worked, and he was very quick. The carpets look great!

They showed up exactly on time. Dealt with the nasty spots and completed the cleaning in two hours. Were very pleasnt and diligenbt. We're very pleased with the result.

I have used Jack's Window each year for 3 years, the first year with good results, the second year they bent a window screen frame, which I did not catch for some time later, and never reported it to them as I felt to much time had passed. The third year, after we had had the house exterior painted, Jack's washed the windows, and wanted to charge me extra to scrape the paint specs that had landed on the windows. I felt they had every opportunity to check the windows prior to cleaning, as they had been informed the house had just been previously painted. They did a good job, but I thought it was unprofessional to try and charge me extra for something they should have checked on before starting. On a positive note, they did inform me a window had lost it seal and was beginning to cloud up, and also brought to my attention a screen with a hole in it. I will shop around this year, but if dissatisfied or can not find another service that I feel will be superior, I will return to Jack's.

I have used Jack's several times for windows and carpets. Each time previously has gone great. This however was the first time that Jack, the owner, performed the work and let me tell you, it didn't go well. Although he did a good job cleaning the windows, this was the first time I had to do things to help such a cover the furniture, and move tables, chairs and lamps. Two of the 6 skylights couldn't be cleaned from the inside, so he said he would deduct that from the price. I also pointed out that there were 3 less screens to clean than the estimate, figuring that those would also be deducted. When I finally saw how much they charged my card for, I called in to get the price adjusted. I also pointed out that he left a skylight screen unfastened on one side so that it was hanging loose and could fall, and that I didn't have an extension ladder to fix it myself. Well, the front desk person told me that they are scaling down their service area and that they probably wont be servicing my area anymore. (What was the purpose of saying that, as an excuse to NOT come out and fix my screen?) She said that Jack was out but that she would have him call me to get this all worked out. Guess what? It's been a week and still no call. My card is still charged too much, and the screen has since fallen out of the skylight making it so I can't open that skylight now. And again, this is the work of the OWNER. I am greatly dissatisfied. I had expected that the owner would be more professional than his staff, but that wasn't the case. With that lack of regard, he should just step out and let his staff handle matters for him, at least I would have gotten better service, they would have covered and moved the furniture themselves, and I would have been billed correctly. Maybe it's a good thing they aren't going to service my area anymore. Sounds like they need to refocus on trying to provide the customer with quality service again.

It is great. They are very trustworthy, they really service their price, you know, up and above on the price. I don?t have a problem with the people that come to do my windows. They are in my home and stuff and every single room in my house, you got to be kind of comfortable with that person, you know, because they are everywhere in your house. You can call Mary in the office and like I said, I feel that their prices are always fair and they are very trustworthy.

They were great. They were very professional and they did a terrific job on the carpets. They gave us cloth for windows so we'll probably be using them to clean our windows.

I believe this is the 2nd time that we've used them (since they did a good job the 1st time). They did a good job with no problems. Carpets turned out good.

I have been very pleased with the cleaning. The employee was most informative about stains and how to prevent them and had helpful suggestions about how to keep carpets looking their best for longer periods of time. The service was performed in a VERY timely manner. And I so appreciated how neat and orderly it was done.

Cleaning went well. We have dogs and there was a lot of dog hair, which we vacuumed first, but it still seemed to hinder cleaning slightly. The carpets looked very nice afterwards.

The technician Sam was on time, courteous, and careful. He always wore those little cover-ups on his feet while he was in my house. I think he did a good job and I'm satisfied with his work.

Everything was great. Arrived on time, did not charge extra for moving furniture. Cleaning was excellent.

He arrived on time and was friendly and polite. Explained what he was going to do and why. Got to it right away and finished sooner than expected. Charged less than quoted price because of finishing early. Showed me what he did and recommended cleaning yearly or more because of our shake roof. We will be calling them again for sure.

One area that had been previously cleaned began to have the 'old' dirt come to the top. Mentioned to them and they cleaned this particular area 3 times to ensure they got it cleaned thoroughly. They were excellent and very willing to work with me on my concerns.

It was fine. The price was a little high.

I last used their service last April and I have been using their service for 7 years now. The service that they provide me was good. The carpets were okay and the windows are good. I would give them a really high rating. It’s a family run business. I did have weird thing happened but I called them to talk about it and I have no idea if this has anything to with the price, I just don’t know what it does but through that conversation I had even more respect form them. We have a skylight in our house that nobody would ever seen and nobody was able be able to get to unless they were up cleaning our windows and when I have my roof inspection done the guy told me that there were 7 screws missing out of it that were systematically taken out like somebody might have used that to break in at one point and then there were couple of screw on the one next to it that were also removed. None of them were lying around that mean it wasn't like they glue off or anything. Somebody had to go up there and take them off to try and get through the thing to leave an opening for the skylight. So I called them and told them that it could have been is one of your guys and she said that he had his guys for a long time and she tries to hire people that she wouldn't mind having in her house and we have long discussion about it and I felt pretty confident that it probably wasn't one of her guys. I have them in my house for year and they've been always been totally fine. I would still use them again. They have reasonable price and I would give them a high rating.

They did a great job. The guy was punctual, and listened very carefully to my concerns. He was really responsive to my concerns about certain stains. He got the stains up for me. It was a good experience, I would recommend them to anybody.

For much less than the cost of previous separate window and carpet cleaning, this company cleaned my windows and carpets on the same appointment. Everything done in a couple of hours, all in one appointment. They were careful and polite, wore shoe covers in the house, and did a superb job with the cleaning. What more could anyone ask? I will definitely call them for the next service. I am so very pleased.

They arrived when scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a wonderful job. Felt comfortable having them in my home when I was out. Also, price was the same or better compared to the other companies i called for estimates. Will definitely use again.
