+ -1 moreNo problems. The appointment was delayed slightly but I received a phone call and my home was across town from the previous appointment. Not an issue.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning of office, stairs, hallway, 4 bedrooms and family room. Service was done quickly but thoroughly. The service rep was very professional and explained the process and results very thoroughly. I also received a free bottle of carpet cleaner. I will be using this company again and recommend them for carpet cleaning.

The price was reasonabl;, the work was terrific; the technician was gracious, generous and knowledgeable. When I called about what appeared to be a mold problem, they came back and did the clean up for free, no questions. They have my highest recommendation.

+ 0 moreWe just moved into a new home and were about to be descended upon by both families and many friends for our wedding! The windows were unbelievably dirty and we had a week to get them clean - Jack's had someone come out for an estimate the day after I called and they did the work a few days later! Not only was it a great job, but so fast and easy! We were actually out of town and they had to come in and do the work while we were away - they are trustworthy and dependable. They forgot to clean one screen, we have a lot of them, but we were given money off for it. Will definitely use them again.

+ 0 moreIt went fantastic! He was right no time. Terry is who came out to clean my carpets. He has been to my house before. Very nice,and professional. Showed him a paint stain and showed him how bad my living room carpets were. I had a few questions for him he answered them and then got strait to work. My carpets look AMAZING!!!! This is the ONLY company that I have clean my carpets and window. The company is trustworthy and very dependable and reasonable. We have been using this company for a few years now and we have NEVER had a complaint about them!!
Description of Work: This time I had them just clean my carpets (no windows, doing that in the spring) I had them clean our master, 3 bed rooms, study, hall and stairs. My sons room is very small and his furniture is big so they combinded that w/my study. My husband and I did move our couches and end tables. They had a speciall and they let me use the coupon on Angies list!!!!

+ 0 moreIt went VERY well! The men definitely had a "plan" on how to perform both tasks (window cleaning and carpet cleaning) so as not to be in each other's way. They moved smoothly throughout the house and when Jason (who did the carpet cleaning) was done he assisted Mason with finishing up the window cleaning (as we have a TON of windows in this 3,049 sq ft house). They were finished before the allotted timeframe given of 9am-12pm, finishing at about 11am. Upon completion, they checked with us to be sure we were satisfied with all that they had done (an inspection) and they went over the Invoice before having me sign and pay. JOB WELL DONE! We thank Angies' List for providing companies like this that can be counted on to do a good job!
Description of Work: We had all of our windows cleaned inside and out. In addition, we had 8 areas of carpeting cleaned. The men (Jordan and Mason) were on time and worked steadily throughout the job alerting us of any problems along the way (like a couple of windows that were no longer sealed properly which was causing condensation between the double panes and therefore we would see that cleaning them would not come out as clearly as the windows that WERE sealed properly; or water/sun damage on the windows/window sills and hard water stains on the glass). They were friendly, professional, and we would definitely use them again as well as referring them to others. We were very satisfied with the work. It was money well spent for all that they did. We have a TON of windows!

Beginning on the outside, Clint worked around the house one window at a time, cleaning the windows (sometimes twice to make sure each one was super clean, washed the screen, track and then put everything back together . . .moving on. The same was repeated inside. and he finished up with my storm doors. I am extremely pleased with the finished results. Thanks!
Description of Work: Clint was punctual, friendly and extremely efficient! He had his routine down to a science! In short order my windows were sparkling, screens and tracks clean, and my stormdoors great!

+ 0 moreI have used Jack's Window Cleaning for many years and have always been happy with the results. They get the job done quickly and are very professional. They pointed out some windows that were scratched and some screens that were bent. This was the first time I used Jack's for carpet cleaning and I was satisfied with the results.
Description of Work: During this visit they cleaned inside and outside of windows and patio doors (50+ windows and doors), cleaned screens and window tracks. Cleaned hard-to-get-to chandelier (and swapped out lightbulbs for me). They cleaned other ceiling light fixtures for me without my asking. They also cleaned carpets (approx. 2000 sqare feet, including 2 sets of stairs).

It took one trained cleaner just about 3 hours to complete everything. I knew I had a couple of window seals broken that needed to be taken care of so I reconfirmed those with the cleaner. This company is efficient and clean and they always do a good job.

+ -1 moreWe've been using Jacks Window Cleaning service for many years, usually twice a year. I'm am consistently impressed with quality of work, professionalism and responsiveness of this company. Over the years there have been different people that conduct the work, but they all appear to be trained not only in the proper way to clean the windows (e.g. scraping paint splattered from a recent paint job), but how to speak with the customers (courtesy), and respect our property. I felt compelled to write a report (rarely do) since this is one of a few service companies that I actually would recommend. I have not used any of the relatively new services they offer (e.g. carpet cleaning) - yet...

+ -1 moreThey came out on the first Friday in May. They did a really good job. My windows had not been cleaned for a couple of years so they did a really good job. I have a very large and tall house with lots of windows. I think I have over a hundred windows. They did an awesome job but I'm sad to say that it was only nice for six days because after that it rained for a whole week.

+ -1 moreEveryone was professional, efficient and did an excellent job. Jack showed me some slight glass damage to make sure I was aware of it. He educated me on window glass and what can damage it. Later they called to see how everything went. I was very pleased. Later I discovered that one of the helpers missed cleaning a couple of screens because I had already taken them out of the windows and he didn't see them. One screen was a little skewed, too. I called them back and they were very nice about it. Jack sent someone right out within a couple of days to do those screens. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: Jack and his 2 assistants did all the windows in our house, which includes the garage and a large sunroom which is pretty much all windows, and in a large shed we have on the property. Counting both sides of each pane, there are about 180 windows. I had them do mirrored closet doors, too. They also cleaned the tracks and re-screened a few screens which had tears.
