My only difficulty was in communicating with the office regarding reimbursal for damaged ceiling tile and "coupon". Had to call several times, was promised a call back, which never came. Issue has been resolved, but should have been addressed in a more timely fashion. Not the best customer relations.

My outdoor faucet was leaking after a snow storm on a Friday afternoon. The plumber came on Monday and fixed it.

christophers plumbing showed up on time, was able to shut the water to the house off from outside and then come in a replace the leaking shut-off valve. explain to us why the valve started leaking in the first place and what to do to ensure that the new valve continues to operate without any concerns from us for a very long time.

Problem with new exterior line on install, quickly repaired.

If I ever need plumbing services again, I will call Christopher's Plumbing and would absolutly recommend this company to others. The service was prompt, professional, friendly and fast. I was 100% satisfied.

Christopher's plumbing was here within three hours and had the problem solved in less than ten minutes. The folks who came out were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. In addition the gentlemen who scheduled the service was very friendly and helpful. I give this compoany my highest recommendation and will use their service in the future.

The process never proceeded. I asked if I could actually get someone to come to the house for an estimate. We had a few back and forth confusions but the last email was never responded to and I did not pursue it.

Excellent as always, fast responsive, and they do good work. Have used them for 20 years and highly recommend them!

I had them do another job at my rental property as well and he did a good job there as well. He did a really good job. He cleaned up after himself. You could never tell that there was a mess or anything made. He knew what to do because previously I had the bathroom floor laid with marble. It caused the problem for the toilet to seed too high. He knew exactly what to do. He did it quickly and then he fixed a couple of other little things that I had going on. I actually had him check a leak under the kitchen sink and I needed to replace the garbage disposal. We had him back for that as a separate job. He was very professional. His quality of work was excellent. I called a lot more other plumbers afterwards and they were probably about $30 less an hour. The thing that he knew what he needed to do right away was worth the price anyway.

cky to diagnose, but it turned out that there was damage to my roof, to the rubber flashing around my sewer vent and to my gutters. When I phoned Christophers they immediately said "not it" and told me I would need to talk to Mike. When I phoned Mike he said that they had not damaged the roof. Then he admitted that he never got up on my roof, but a guy he partner's with sometimes actually was up there and said he would talk to him and call me back. The thing is, I just recently bought this house and there was no damage when the housing inspector and I were up there. Then when my insurance adjustor came after the hail storms in July he said that the damage up there was definitely done by a human. Mike the Drain Guy never called me back one way or the other and I never heard from Christophers again. I was not impressed with the resolution (it was only $40 worth of repair) and will never use either Christophers Plumbing or Mike the Drain Guy again.

I have used this company consistently for over one year. I receive outstanding, caring, and honest service every time. They tell me they can do the job well. They have excellent follow up. Great people. Last week my gas range handles broke and I could not turn the burners off. They came over withing 45 minutes for an emergency call. I really appreciate them. Good, hard working, honest people.

They were very good and easy to work with. They were on time and took care of the problem.

Bob is very professional, helped me figure out what I need to do, and was willing to work with me to figure out how to cut the concrete in the floor for the drains. He was thorough with the bid and seemed like a pretty agreeable guy and he was lower than some of the other bids.

They did give me a quote, but I didn't have to spend any money on the quote. They were thorough.

Christophers Plumbing was quick to come out and give an estimate and equally as quick to come back and do the work. The plumber cleaned up nicely after the job and there have been no problems with the work performed.

They came when they said they would come. They got their stuff in and out of here. They cleaned up after themselves. It is working great since they came. They were not very expensive. They did high quality work. The installation was good.

The technician came the next day, performed the work needed, and recommended a new shut-off valve in the spring. He was prompt, professional, courteous.

Christophers Plumbing has been an exhausting and less than desirable experience. I was told a total of FIVE TIMES over a THREE WEEK PERIOD that I would receive an estimate, "...no later than tomorrow" via both cell phone and email. I was so impressed with the owner's father's (BOB) estimate price and spent a little over an hour later that day picking out all materials\accessories with Christopher himself for this project at there showroom. After not receiving my third estimate that was promised I appeared after work and Christopher himself shook my hand and assured he would once again have an estimate before close of business the next day. I called again explaining my situation with a receptionist three days ago for someone to please get back to me. I have not heard anything since. This was a waste of my time and I warn anyone on any form of a time frame or who feels the need to be treated reasonably.

He did an excellent job. I think he is expensive, but you get what you pay for. He is simply outstanding.

I HAVE SINKS WITH EIGHT INCH ON CENTER FAUCETS. I FOUND OUT THAT THESE SINKS ARE NOT STANDARD. IT TOOK A LOT OF RESEARCH TO LOCATE THE PARTS NEEDED WITHOUT HAVING TO REPLACE BOTH THE SINKS AND FAUCETS.
