They have been in and out since March, and they have not sent a bill yet. You could not ask for better people. They would call us to see if everything was okay.

This review is years overdue. We have used Christopher's exclusively for 12 years on 6 personal remodels and 7 new builds. Christopher's is the best in the market for quality product, custom installation, and repair. Other companies have never even seen the quality products Christopher's carries, let alone have any knowledge of installation or repair. It's a pleasure to write a review and pay forward unequivocal recommendations for a great company that for so many years has always been the best in product, service, responsiveness and fair pricing. My wife and I could not give a higher recommendation to any company than Christopher's plumbing.

Went very well. They will also be doing a remodel on our master bathroom, which hasn't started yet. Very response, and constantly communicated with us. They were flexible too. The excavation and concrete work had to be done first, then I framed the walls and they came back about a month later.

I don't like giving bad reviews but like everyone else, I've made multiple attempts for these guys to come back out and fix the STILL leaking faucet but still no service call has been made. When we first called about the job, they had a guy here in 15 minutes. But now that we need something fixed that has already been paid for, they won't give us the time of day. I don't know what else to do but to warn others before it happens to them!

When I called to speak to the owner of the company, Bob, and discuss the fact that I was not made aware of the trip charge he was extremely rude and dismissive. The level of customer service that they provide is so terrible that I felt the need to let others know. I was not alone in this experience, my realtor also had a terrible customer service experience with all those involved with this company.

Came over for 12mins to review bid(replumbing of kitchen/bath) but never delivered a bid, even after calling and talking to him multiple times. Always told I'd have it 'today' and it never came. Horrible response to even getting the job, scared out of my mind on actually performing the work would have turned out.

I never heard back after calling them several times. I finally did the work myself.

The initial design and estimate took a very long time. For a small, 5' x 8' bathroom. I had asked for design ideas for two other bathrooms. Those were never done. The estimates for the demo and installation were the highest I have ever seen. Probably the work would have been well done, but since I waited 2 months for the initial estimate, I didn't have any confidence that the work would be done in my lifetime. I was also not willing to pay $15,000 to redo this small bathroom. I did order all the plumbing parts and fixtures (faucets, valves, drains) from Christopher's. The designer - Heather - was often very hard to get in touch with. At one point, we had scoped a custom vanity, 32" wide. Then I decided that I wanted a certain travertine counter top, which was 30", so I asked Heather to re-estimate the vanity for 30" wide instead of 32". You would think that making a smaller cabinet would cost less? No, the price increased from $1,200 to $1,500. The reason? "Because of the heavy countertop, we need to make the cabinet in plywood instead of particle board for the strength, and because we did not estimate sufficient profit." What? A $1,200 custom vanity was not going to be sturdy? The profit remark was just unprofessional. If you want high-end fixtures, Christopher's has a good selection. Be prepared to pay a premium and wait a long time for the order to come in. Be very careful about hiring Christopher's for a whole bath job, and be very careful that you know what you are getting for your money.

Upon moving into our new home we discovered that both the front and rear outdoor spigots were leaking copious amounts of water. Christopher's Plumbing came out the next day and replaced both.

The first time I called I explained what I needed done and told him they would probably need to come out to look at it first as the the faucets in both bathrooms had separate handles and what I was seeing online was more the ones with the single handle in the middle. He agreed they would need to do that. He called a few days later and said that they had some cancellations and could come out in an hour. I said that was fine. Rob came and was very nice and he replaced the brushed nickel sink faucet and the pipes underneath in on of the bathrooms, as I had already purchased it, he removed the shower door that was on the bathtub and he took a picture if the faucets in the bathtub and sent it to Dave. They said they would get back to me. I waited a week and then I called to see what was going on. She said someone would call me back later that day. I waited two and a half weeks and called again, This time I spoke to Dave and he said they couldn't find brushed nickel faucets for the tub and shower, I told him that chrome would be fine and he said then they could probably get out there later that week. Two more weeks passed and I hadn't heard anything so I called again and he said that they were having trouble finding faucets that would work (this was Memorial Week) but they would be out either the next day(Wed) or Thur. I waited two more weeks and still nothing I called to tell them to send me a bill for the work they had done but he interrupted me and said they could get out that week and he also said it had only been two weeks, I reminded him it had been Three and a half weeks before that. I made him schedule a day and time that week and told him that they had to be there. Well they did come on that Friday and they still didn't have parts to fit my shower. This time they took it apart and looked at it and tried something. This is something I think they should have done the first time they came. So they left and said that they would come back first thing Monday but I was going to be out of town so we scheduled it for Tue. They came on Tue morning and Rob replaced the sink faucet in the other bathroom and the drain on the first one that he had done because it was leaking. But he still did not have faucets for the tub or shower or the shower door for the other bathroom. He had brought on faucet and tried it on the tub and it worked but he only had the one. So again the job was not completed and they had to return the next day and finish. Except they still didn't have the recessed soap dish for the shower. They couldn't find one. That was finally completed about a week later. I think if they had come out and looked at the faucets the first time and made a list of everything they would need and then ordered all of it, before they scheduled a time to come work and called me if they where having problems finding parts, this would have gone a lot better and I would have given them a better grade.

They were great right out of the gate, they were super responsive and sent someone out to diagnose the problem. They even suggested I buy the online coupon to save some $$. I did so right away. Excited to have the work done I called 1 to 2 times a week for several weeks before finally the "owner" called to say he wanted to come and assess the issue. He did so within a couple of days and when I asked how long will this take to fix he told me a couple of days but by the end of the week for sure. A couple more weeks of calling and begging went by before I finally got someone out to fix it. The guy who came out was great and the job was done to my satisifaction. The owner sent me an email asking how I like the job and I told him it was great but that I felt frustrated by the fact that it took 5 weeks of me begging to get this done. He never responded back to me. 5 weeks of begging for them to help me, not impressed!

The repairman was helpful, informative, and did high quality work. My one complaint concerns getting information from the company about the water heater they were selling me. The representative on the phone couldn't tell me the model number and then he failed to call back with the information. I didn't know what I was buying until it arrived on the truck. I went ahead with the purchase because of the professionalism of the repairman. Hopefully I did the right thing.

I have used this company several times in the past and thought highly of their service. However, based on a recent experience, it is unlikely that I would use them again or recommend the company. I had a straightforward issue - clogged drain and broken garbage disposal. I contacted the company and was told they would call me that afternoon to let me know when they could get me on the schedule. They failed to call back. I called again and we scheduled a time. Then minutes before they were coming, I was informed that they referred my job to another company. I was annoyed because if Christopher's Plumbing couldn't do the job, they should have told me so and I would have found another company I wanted to hire. I had already taken the day off work so I agreed (besides, the plumber was already on his way over before I was notified). Then the new plumbing company said it could not replace the garbage disposal so I had to call Christopher's Plumbing again and take another day off to get the garbage disposal replaced. It took several phone calls to set up the second appointment because they would promise to call back and fail to do so. Then I was told that I would receive a call hour before the plumber would be there. I didn't get the call and plumber showed up after the window of time I told to wait. I don't have an issue with the worked that was completed, although it was pretty straightforward so there shouldn't have been any issues. I have an issue of Christopher's Plumbing have a lack of respect for my time and lack of follow through. I had called to discuss my concerns, but again, I didn't get a call back. It seemed like the person handling the schedule was "smooth talker" with lots of promises but no follow through.

Polite, punctual, and thorough. What else is there to say other I'd use them again without hesitation.

The job took about three hours. The worker really knew what he was doing. It involved.putting supply and drain lines into some pretty tight spaces, which he did well. Obviously an experienced and competent plumber. I will have them back to finish the job when the remodel has gotten to that point.

Prompt, professional, good service.

Due to some great ingenuity and persistence on the part of Christopher's Plumbing staff, we literally saved hundreds if not more than $1,000 on this plumbing repair job. In addition, we did not have to suffer the heartache and pain of having to pull up tiles and break up concrete under the affected toilet. Also, this was not the first time Christopher's Plumbing had basically "saved our bacon" in relation to a difficult plumbing related matter. I am guessing that "Bob" has nearly 50 years or more of plumbing experience under his belt, so I do not think you could have a plumbing related matter that he has not seen before. As such, Bob is able to come up with the right fix the first time without the customer having to deal with a lot of trial and error. Much thanks again to Christopher's Plumbing for a job well done!

I have tried to get in touch with them through a phone call and multiple emails to 3 different email addresses to set up my appointment, but have not heard back from them at all. I've decided to get a refund.

After receiving an insane quote of $860 from a big plumbing operation that advertises extensively on the radio, I went on Angie's List (why do I sometimes forget to start here?!) and searched for plumbers that had worked in my neighborhood. Based on solid ratings, I called Christopher's and read them the diagnosis from the other company. They gave me fair quote, detailed their labor rates and material costs, then showed up right on time and completed the work slightly faster than expected. The tech was very friendly and efficient. The only thing that would have been nicer is if the trip charge ($49) was applied towards the repair, which it was not. This seems a little atypical for the industry. But after my own 3 failed trips to Ace, destroying my own hardware by snaking through the P traps, wasting a day with an overpriced/greedy competitor, and having no use of our 2 main bathroom sinks for 54 hours, I did not wish to start quibbling over trip charges :-)

Initially I was hesitant to contract with this company when they were 45 minutes late for the estimate. Plumbers arrived on time and did a nice job on the actual demo and plumbing fixture replacement. Tub was set but was damaged. The drywall guy apparently had issue with my dogs and called 30 minutes before arrival to tell me that "unless I did something with my dogs he was not coming". In short they left the gate open (told me they didn't and actually went so far as to say there wasn't a gate there) and had numerous negative conversations about past customers, installled a damaged tub or damaged it in the process, supervisor picked up the check without so much as a glance at the work done, (said he he had the flu and left) and still had the nerve to deliver ultimatums to their customer. Lesson learned.

Really don't have time for that, weird leak in drain afer 16 years.

They answered the phone, pleasant, tried to accommodate all of our schedules: us, home oweners and realtors! We ended up NOT closing on the house but will consider them for future service.

The serviceman arrived on time and completed the replacement of the two sinks in better than expected time frame. He was very courteous and cleaned up after his work and took the old parts away. I am very satisfied with Christopher plumbing and would highly recommend them for any future work.

Everything went great. Problem was solved in a quick and professional manner. The plumber was experienced, friendly and got the job done and then cleaned everything up. I will use this company again. Do not remember exact amount I spent, but it only cost me $10 over the coupon price for approximately two hours of work. I felt the price was very fair.

He did the job but I didn’t like his charges, they seemed astronomical for the work. When I asked him about it and asked him to itemize the bill he got defensive.
