Ryan was ultimately more critical than me about details and appreciate that desire to do things right and as clean as possible. Our basement was transformed from a dungeon to a bright, usable space. Two bathrooms - one basement, one guest - changed from functional to fantastic. Upstairs popcorn ceilings - gone; weird middle of the room closet in the living room - gone, opening the sightlines of the room and making it seem larger. We are also appreciative of the small touches that we might not have thought of: they fixed three way switches so that they work correctly, made sure exhaust fans were vented correctly, routed a gas line more efficiently to a fireplace for future use. We would highly recommend Dale and Denver Dream Builders and will use this group for future projects."

"Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
