Description of Work: Had an amazing experience with Bill over at Downs Mechanical. My boiler decided to finally give out and was unfortunately a complicated mess. He worked tirelessly in not only figuring out the problem, but also in fixing the issue. He took the project on personally and did not give up until the issues were resolved. In addition, when it was time to settle up, he was fair and did not feel taken advantage of (which I can not say the same for others in his profession). Anyway. Super good guy and would recommend Downs Mechanical anytime.
