They do an excellent job. They pay great attention to detail. I've tried other carpet cleaners and they are the best.

They gave me different options of what I could do on my rental. They came under bid compared to everyone else. They offered to patch the carpet instead of completely replacing it. They made sure to match it perfectly. Everything turned out better all around. He was excellent. The carpet cleaning turned out wonderful.

UltraSteam was professional from start to finish. They fully explained their prices and the levels of service offered. They did not try to up-sell services that I didn't need. UltraSteam showed up on time for the estimate appointment and cleaning appointment. They worked with my realtor to set these appointments up, which made things so easy. The final cost was identical to the estimate. They contacted me afterward to tell me how things went and gave me information about the kind of carpet in my home. This was great because we weren't moved in yet and really appreciated hearing from them. I came into my new home to find a complimentary bottle of eco-friendly cleaning solution; perfect for a home with carpet and several pets. I've seen the UltraSteam staff around town- identifiable by thier professional and clean uniforms- and I like knowing they are a local company that takes pride in their reputation. When we need to clean our carpets and rugs, we will use them again.

I called them because we needed them to redo work a company had done before. I like that they used green products. The guy came and he offered to test to see if it would even work before he charged anything. He was also willing to only clean what needed to be cleaned and charge less money. He was great on all accounts. He was very professional and very polite. He really seemed to know what he doing.
