Excellent customer service, quick turn around and additionally, I learned more about Persian rugs in 15 minutes with Mark (rug master cleaner) than I had learned in my entire life. I will work with them for home carpets, upholstery or area rugs for any service I need in the future!

Cannot sing enough praise about this local company & especially Troy!!!! He took the time to review services we needed as we have rented the house for a yr & also had 3 dogs at the time. He spent roughly 4.5 hrs cleaning & deodorizing & moved bedspreads & curtains away from the area treated. He loves to sink ***** tonk songs as he’s making sure every corner of the house got touched that had carpet. He was professional , courteous , loves the company he works for & takes pride in his workmanship. Cost wise you can’t beat the charge for their services & they actually use a gadget to measure sq ft. Will definitively call upon them again when we move again

Ultrasteam knows the carpet and rug cleaning business. I have used them for both with complete confidence that no one could do a better job. Furthermore, their punctuality is excellent and the results were outstanding. I thought that one of my Navajo rugs was beyond help. When Ultrasteam got done with it, you would have thought it had just come off the loom. I wholeheartedly support Richard, UltraSteam and RugMasters to anyone where quality and professionalism matter.

Richard and his crew did an amazing job of minimizing the inconvenience during a week long attic and basement mold remediation project. We were actually able to live in our house during the process. The crew was extremely friendly and professional and was well equipped to handle the job. The results were amazing and the impact on the rest of the house was minimal. Richard did an amazing job dealing with the insurance company. He made several long phone calls to the agent and wrote numerous emails. The result was that he was able to get the entire job covered instead what the insurance company initially wanted to pay. In my opinion, he went way above expectations in every aspect of the service! Very thorough and professional

THEY DID A SPLENDID JOB!! I will hire them for all future floor cleaning. They were fast, efficient, super professional and very courteous. They cared about the job they were doing and the outcome was definitely beyond my expectations. They had given me an estimate for the tile in the bathroom. When they came out to actually do it ... they weren't sure they could clean it to their specifications (and mine). The shower stall came out better than I expected but they didn't feel comfortable charging me for the work.

Although they are the most expensive, they always do the best job, so I find myself paying their hefty prices. Had some trouble getting a response the last few times I called.

They were very professional and came over at our convenience after hours to give us the estimate. The price was lower than I expected. Then I was able to schedule an exact date/time that I needed the work to be done and they were very accommodating. They arrived promptly and got right to work. The carpets turned out wonderfully and I am very pleased! Would definitely recommend.

Ultrasteam workers showed up on the scene 30 minutes after the incident began. Their quick and extremely efficient service kept the water damage to a minimum. Most of my personal belongings escaped damage because of their quick response. They immediately set up blowers and fans to prevent mildew and mold. Upon arrival they also immediately began packing up and placing many of my belongings in storage in order to protect them from water damage and out of harms way. They oversaw all of the restoration work which was pretty extensive. It included replacing my floors, ceilings, and dry wall. After the restoration was complete they put all of my furniture and belongs back in place as well as ensuring my home underwent a thorough and professional cleaning after all of the work was done. I would not wish my experience on anyone but if it does happen, I would highly recommend calling Ultrasteam. All of the workers went the extra mile. What could have been one of the worst experiences of my life, ultimately became one of the most inspiring examples of the efficiency of outstanding, motivated workers.

From first contact with Rich, at Ultrasteam, I was impressed. Typically in this area, most specialty business and contractors rarely answer and never return calls. Rich explained the process in detail and I knew what to expect. While there was sticker shock when receiving the estimate, Rich explained that it was calculated using a nation based software suite, and if payed upon service completion he offers a 10% discount. The work was completed promptly and within the time frame discussed. Every effort to keep the work area and traffic area clean was made, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Even returning on their own time to repair something I probably would never had noticed rather than sweeping it under the rug. I really appreciated the before and after pictures, as the crawlspace isn't my favorite place to visit, and a full report was sent as well.

Came in at our convenience after hours. Thoroughly vacuumed all carpets and pre-treated all stains. No residual chemical smell. Carpets looked great considering the heavy traffic they get.

Richard's Ultra Steam Cleaning team, Troy and Tyler, did an excellent job. They were very thorough and meticulous, keeping in mind that, there had been a long time of un-occupancy in the two residences, which had allowed mice to have free range. The homes are now clean and back to their original fine condition. Our area of the country does have to be concerned about rodent viruses and their Hepa cleaning, has assured us we have a very clean environment. Tyler Horn and his assistant were right on time. Work done in a timely fashion. Very polite & knowledgeable. A little pricey but probably worth it.

Mark is extremely professional and really cares about doing a good job and providing customer service. While the cost is higher than other companies that we checked, I feel the job was well done and that I received reasonable value.

There were some large spots that had "risen" to the top of the carpet after we moved in. We had not made these spots; there were left over from the previous tenants. Ultrasteam got them out and they have not returned! They men doing the cleaning were professional, courteous, and excited about their job! The carpet looks great.

A couple of weeks before christmas, I woke up and thought I heard water running. After a quick search we found a wet mess saturating an area of the dining room carpet. On the other side of the wall, our water heater had sprung a leak, probably the day before. I frantically pulled boxes of family photos and memorabilia I had been storing in my dining room as my husband called the insurance company and then Ultra Steam. A rep was at our house in 20 minutes to access the situation and in under an hour workers were here to begin the process. Richard included us in the whole process by were thoroughly explaining what was damaged and the remedies we would have to go through. I was pretty overwhelmed but Richard was calm and patient and reassured us everything would go well. And he was right!
