"This business bidded out a project with specifications, but their employee ignored the specs. After installation, we brought this to the business owners attention. The parking lot drains toward the building, and the ADA spot is not to code. We now have a thick pool of ice outside our door in winter and flooding when it rains. Our business is a charity, and our staff and volunteers must now risk personal injury to get into our building in the winter and have to spend hours chipping ice before work, increasing our cost to do business. Everyone makes mistakes, and hiring this employee was a mistake. Still, whats fair is fair; having paid for the work should mean we have a functional parking lot. This business needs to make things right and hasnt taken the opportunity to do so."
