I can't say enough good things about Mr. Gerald Dillmann & his crew. I can attest is the very best Concrete Company in the greater front range areaa of Colorado. From start to finish, he and his crew did a FANTASTIC job. Gerald even redesigned my roof drain pipe to go under the newly formed concrete walkway to avoid future concrete erosion. Since Gerald really want to get his crew working after the holidays, I received an outstanding price for this project. All of crew worked hard to quickly complete the project. Addtionally, Gerald even disposed of 2 broken/old office chairs & some other junk I wanted to hall to the junk yard. That saved me money that I might of had to pay to 1-800-GOT-JUNK. It was great, I've used Jerry for probably 15 years. They were very professional and on time. He was a great guy, he will stay with you until the work was done, no matter what it takes.

The price continued to go up during the process without more wall being poured. The reason for the price increases was due to several miscalculations and ordering a lack of concrete while an expensive pump was being rented. Extra charges were passed on to the homeowner based on the contractors mistakes. Crews were small, slow and had little supervision.
