Salesperson found the right HVAC unit for my situation. The installers were professional and worked hard to do the entire tear out and installation in one day. I'm satisfied with the final results.

As advertised. Knowledgeable salesperson. Competent installers. System working well. Slight installation problem, as the electrician who came out was not able to hook up the electric. But another electrician was sent the following day and did a good job. Then I had to call the cooler company back out to start up the system and check it out...a bit inconvenient. But all in all, they were responsive and got the job done.

The product did cost a bit more up front but I was very impressed that they provided a brochure of their product as well as talked in great length about how the swamp cooler would be installed, where it would be installed, the time frame to install it, and they did a thorough overview of the swamp coolers parts and pieces. I would have rated 5 stars but the clean up wasn't that great. They did put down sheets and vacuumed up a bit but there was attic insulation everywhere (they vacuumed after turning on the unit) plus I found lots of cut metal remnants in my yard that I had to pick up before letting my dogs and kids outside. Overall we are thrilled with the end result of having a cooler house.

They specialize in evaporative coolers and did a great job with installation. The crew was experienced, friendly, and took the time to clean up thoroughly and explain everything we needed to know about running the unit. We are very happy with the whole experience, and LOVE how well it cools our house. Wish we'd done it years ago!

They were very knowledgeable and professional. They installed a roof mount with 3 outlets and an updraft to help with circulation. And they had the best price! Installed 3 days later, all done in less than a day. The remote control is awesome. Would definitely hire this company again!!!

Great company/Team to work with! Was one of the coldest days in December, and they moved around scheduled to get us heat the same day. They were also very fairly priced!

Very happy with the furnace and installation by The Cooler Company. They did a great job, it passed inspection by the City, and it's functioning superbly. They offered several choices in what to install and were clear in the pro/con without pressuring me to pick something I didn't need. Need to replace me evaporative cooler this summer and will be going back to them for that work too.

From my first contact with the company, everyone I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. In coming out to give an estimate, Grayson fixed a potential problem on the old furnace to keep it going until the installation of our new product. The installation technicians worked efficiently and answered all my questions. A minor issue with the installation (basement door would not close due to pipes being too low) was immediately corrected. I feel I landed on my feet when I connected with the Cooler Company.

Dave, the general manager, was very helpful in answering all of our questions. We met with 4 contractors referred by Home Advisors and his understanding and recommendations and costs were the best. Also all of his installation technicians are certified and were polite and explained what they were doing.

It was an emergency on a Sunday. The response was excellent. Turned out to be dirty filter which the repairman replaced and said all else was in good condition. Appreciated his honesty!

Great service. We waited on replacing our furnace until it quit when the temperature was in the teens. David was at our door an hour later with options for getting a new furnace. In spite of our desperate situation, there was no pressure, hard sell or fear tactics. He was very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned. The quote was fair which we appreciated, but most of all we impressed with his great team. Everyone worked so hard, kept everything clean, were punctual and very helpful. We had a new furnace by 6 pm. We were so lucky to have called this terrific company. Highly recommended.
