From the estimator to the installers such a great experience. Lara the estimator spent over an hour looking things over, crawling thru the attic up on the roof and explaining everything before she left. Installers arrived early and did a great job. If you are looking for an evaporative cooler to be installed this is who you need to call hands down !!!

From the initial quote to the end of install, everyone was completely professional and respectful. The inital guy who quoted us spent an hour explaining in detail everything. He was so nice. The Breezaire system they installed is a dream! I highly recommend them.

they only issue is the thing smells really bad for a while. We havenâ t needed to run it much but itâ s supposed to not smell anymore after running it enough.

I am thoroughly impressed by The Cooler Company's service and ease of interaction. First off the sales rep who visited my house was very knowledgeable, efficient and could negotiate price on the spot. The project was started within a week during the middle of COVID. I had significant roofing damage due to an old evaporative cooler that required significantly more decking replacement and several squares of shingles. My cost didn't change one dime! The crew was quick, efficient, cleaned-up and the result is I have a very good cooling system with thermostat, larger vents in the home and professional install. One additional item to note - due to supply chain issues the cover for my cooler was not available. I called them back a couple months later and the cover was in stock. They came to my house and installed it on the unit the day I called. Wow! That's customer service. Thank you Cooler Company.
