Very thorough. Gave me some helpful tips on planned additions to the heating system. Took the time to do the job right (though with my questions, it took longer than anticipated...) If you want ducts cleaned, go with these guys.

On time very polite, the technician explained how he was going to clean my heating system. Then he showed me my vents and trunk lines before and after, What A Difference. My furnace looks brand new. I' ll recommend The Cooler Company to everybody. Great job.

The technician was prompt and friendly. He even advised of other potential problems and advised me on how to remedy the issues. The difference was evident once the ducts and dryer vent were cleaned. I would highly recommend this company for the quality of service and affordability.

The initial visit to get the quote was very professional and pleasant and everything about the swamp cooler was explained to us. My husband even called after hours with additional questions and everyone was very courteous. The quote was more reasonable than other companies and provided all the information we needed to make our decision. This was supposed to be a 2 day job, but they were able to get it done in just one day. There were a few issues after the installation, but the owner himself went above and beyond to let us know that he wanted to take care of everything. I would recommend this company and use them again.
