When it turned out that I could not be at my house personally during the installation, I arranged for family to be there for me. The Cooler Company tried multiple times to persuade me to sign the finalization paperwork stating that the job was completed and was in perfect order prior to them even starting the job!! Electrical issues extended the job to over 14 hours and the person they sent out to complete them was less than competent. The advertisement that the unit has a 'thermostat' is a lie. It DOES have a handheld control like any $12 fan one can buy at Kmart but not a thermostat with a temp guage as is implied in the brochure.

Bob showed up on time and did a good job. Very friendly, experienced and good attitude. Deducted 1 star because - Suction on the machine did not seem as strong as had been initially claimed, but it got most of the dust out of the ducts.

The gentleman arrived right on time and was very professional when introducing himself to me. After going through the entire house to locate all vents, air intakes and the furnace, he explained exactly what he would be doing and how long it would take. I felt comfortable having him in our home and confident in his ability to do a good job. When the work was completed he left no debris behind for me to clean up and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. Having the ducts cleaned cut down significantly on the dust that accumulates in the home and has improved the air quality. I will definately use them in the future.

Great service. Prompt, professional, informative. Bob called right away to give an estimate and then came a few days later to clean the ducts. The equipment he used is impressive and he's a great guy!

I did not have a good understanding up front regarding what the cost would be. The system was damaged a part of the cleaning. The damage was repaired but the cost was over $300 for cleaning the inside heat exchanger.

He had to come out a couple times to get it completed. He was flexible with his schedule though and he was very polite. It was a commercial job and he needed a larger unit to get the ducts cleaned out.
