Excellent Job!

Justin cleaned my air ducts today and did a fantastic job. I was afraid there would be debris left behind after reading some of the reviews, but this wasn't the case in the slightest. I would certainly use The Cooler Company in the future!

Couldn't be better

I specifically put in my project desc. that I had a mold problem in my ducts and needed help. Bob sounded very knowledgable and said that as part of the service, they would look at my ducts with an infared camera to ensure no mold was there. Not only did we have to reschedle b/c the guy didn't have the right equipment but he didn't inspect the ducts w/ the camera even though that was promised. When I called back, b/c I was sick again, Bob told me I needed to test for mold with Petrie dishes before he'd do anything else. I spent $40 and when I called back w/ results that specific ducts have mold I never got a return phone call;tried 2x

A thermal couple, (for my garage furnace) I had you come out to repair; you charged $85 service call to come out, $200.00 for the part; at Ace Hardware, this part is only $10.49. I feel this is robbery of my money & I will NEVER hire you again, and this is the reason.

They did an excellent job explaining what they were doing and spent time actually cleaning everything.

They were very helpful during the quoting process and they charged exactly what was quoted. When booking the service I was told they brought 22 years of experience to the table but the service member that arrived was very junior and it showed - one return duct wasn't cleaned, he did not clean up around any of the registers after the service, he augered the WRONG outside vent when trying to clean the dryer vent and ended up pulling out some insulation, and in general did not present himself very professionally. I am confident the ducts were cleaned and I did get decent value but I would not use their service again.

The technician (Justin) was thorough, caring and did a good job. I appreciated that he explained what he was doing and why. When I reported a new vibration in the ducts, Justin and his boss, Bob, came back the next day and fixed the problem. They were both pleasant and made sure everything was done right. Their bid was far less than two others I had contacted.

Sales person / technician provided helpful information on how to solve problem in fastest and most economical way. Project was completed in timely manner and to my satisfaction.
