Rep was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered a lot of follow-up questions to get my business. Installer didn't put the unit where the rep said it would go, but it seems ok where it is. Very happy with the system overall; I'm glad we went with the two-speed furnace and A/C. Rep told me the humidifier would do certain things that it actually couldn't, but fixed the situation to my satisfaction very quickly. Price was very similar to another company's and they threw in some extras. One caveat: ask questions about the financing. They open a Wells Fargo credit card for you -- which I would not have chosen if I'd known.

Quick clean install. But the communication was a bit informal for such a large purchase.

The team ran into complications but kept at the project. It actually took MUCH longer than expected, but in the end, we have AC!!

The COOLER COMPANY was top notch from beginning to end. Our Customer Consultant Vince Smith was teriffic, and knowledgeable. He was thorough and took time to research our exact needs. He was there to sell us the products, and there at the installation to make sure things went well. Not only that! During the installation of our air conditioning system and furnace, COOLER COMPANY ower, Steve Brandt came on site to meet us and check on the progress. The men who came to install our system, were extremely professional. They worked hard, and got the job done with no problems. They left our home clean and in better shape than they found it.

Great job. Got on it right away. Arrived on time. Steve came out with his crew. Professional job.

They were able to schedule cleaning our vents promptly and spent about 4 hours completing the job. We had just moved inot our house, and we discovered the vents had not been cleaned in years. The previous owners had lots of pets, to it was big job.

The sales men was very knowledgeable, he was willing to work with me so I could afford my Central Air, Air Purifier, and Humidifier for the furnace. He stayed a couple of hours to show me what he was talking about, he showed me various ways to do the work, etc. The Cooler Company also arranged for financing which was very helpful. Sadly the other 3 contractors that came out from Servicemagic only stayed anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. When the service men showed up to do the work they had the job completed on time without any problems.
