Excellent work. We received 22 inches of snow and my furnace stopped working on a Saturday. I put the job out for bid and immediately received a response from the Cooler Company. The technician, Andrey, arrived within an hour and promptly identified the problem. Within 15 minutes the problem was fixed. Andrey also answered all my many additional questions and was extremely patient and clear in his responses. I would highly recommend both Andrey and the Cooler Company for all your furnace needs !!

I received a call within 2 minutes after submitting the request on service magic to schule the time. Teh tech called and confirmed the arrival in 20 minutes, In the meantime, i had 3 other contractors call and one of them was willing to waive the service charge of $39.99. I called Cooler company and they matched the offer. The tech was professional, well dressed and well mannered. He ordered the part and will come back on Monday to repair, based on his diagnostic. 6/13/2012 - The furnace has an issue. Called the Coller company this morning. They identified me using the phine number and the tech (Andre) will come to check the problem

I would highly recommend the Cooler Company. Steve, the owner, came out within a couple of hours. He was very professional and helpful with the options we had. His quote was exactly what he gave over the phone. He knew we were not able to spend much so he did not try to "Up-sell" a more expensive furnace. Jose, the technician, arrived 2 hours later and got right to work. He was very efficient and professional. Heat was back on!! Jose even came out the next because the fan was noisy that night. He fixed it and assured us that was common that not all of the fans are sent from the factory tight.

I was so pleased with everything from the first telephone call, listening to our needs, scheduling equipment delivery (only ordered what we needed---no tacked on extras), and the installation team. The old furnace was taken out and the new one installed within 2 1/2 hours. Everything was cleaned up. The installation team is an uncle and his nephew--what a duo.

Cost for trip out to my house - $40. The final cost was $135 to clean out a clogged tube. Everything is working perfectly now. They were quick to respond and efficient.

A couple of Sundays ago my parents' furnace died, and my first call was to The Cooler Company -- hoping to have someone meet with Dad the next day. Instead, Steve's wonderful staff offered to install a new furnace that very evening. When I told Steve that I wanted them to provide my dad with an estimate in the morning, they offered to take heating fans to my parents house that evening -- Sunday evening! Who does that? Well, The Cooler Company does. This company was flexible, professional, fast, thorough, and concerned about my parents' well being. They were the BEST!!!

Jose was the technician who serviced my furnance. He did a great job. He was very knowlegeable and courtesy. He was able to diagnose the program in less than two minutes. In fact, he was able to tell me the year the funance was manufactured and quality of the existing parts in less than 3 minutes. Jose is very, very knowledgable about furnances. I will be recommending the Cooler Company to all of my friends and family members.
