ask about the vents before. I thought they would all be metal and easy to adjust open and closed = is not the case. Manuel explained things to me and is obviously an experienced expert. We are very happy with the unit - quiet and strong. Be prepared for the bad smell for the first few days.

They did a great job installing a new swamp cooler. I spent more than I planned and I think I got better cooling distribution than I originally hoped for. Their installation was clean efficient and clean up was good.

With all jobs, you run into unknownsWe went w/a 5100 unit and the unit itself is great!!!!!The work done was very good, we just didn't put the vents in the correct places to cool the entire areas, so now we are considering another vent to cool kitchen

"Family-style" caring!

The installers were knowledgeable and efficient and respected my home throughout the process. The Breezair products they sell ,are the best performing evaporative coolers in the market. They are expensive, but If you prefer evap cooling over AC , the Breezair is worth the money. I love this machine!

Got an estimate for a swamp cooler that was comparable to another estimate I received, but with a better reviewed unit. They were able to schedule me for a week after the estimate, but actually called to say they could come sooner after I booked the appointment. Workers were great – fast, clean, and explained things. It must have been a mix-up with the office, but they were an hour later than I expected. The only real complaint I have is the electrician they subcontracted accidentally cut power to my home office during the job and sort of refused to take responsibility for the problem. After 30 minutes of trouble shooting during which time he kept saying it couldn't have been his fault, his associate figured out he had accidentally unplugged a wire in the electrical box. Once installation was complete though it worked perfectly.

The 3 Cooler employees who did most of the work were excellent, knowledgable and very pleasant. The electrician subbed out for this job was 3 hrs. late, didn't reply to calls or texts and was unapologetic.

The cooler smelled for about a week every time I turned it on. The smell is not completely gone but almost. My guess is that it a "new" smell.
