Audrey or Aubrey was the technician who came out. He was OUTSTANDING! He solved my ac problem and mentioned the 1-year service maintenance agreement (with no pressure....just told me about it). I quickly signed up for it and thanked him for letting me know about it. Then he offered to stay and do the Spring AC maintance and I was thrilled for him to stay. I'm so glad I found The Cooler Company and Audrey/Aubrey.

Very happy with the cooler company, especially Jose and his crew. If you use this company, I would suggest you ask for Jose. He is very professional and has a great work ethic. We had a small leak during a rain storm and Jose came and fixed it the first day I called after installing other units all day, and he was still smiling and was very professional. It's a great company to work with from the top down.

I purchased a new swamp cooler and The Cooler Company installed it and did a very good job with the installation. Very friendly crew and I would have given them a 5 star rating for quality, but the ceiling vent isn't the best and doesn't close all the way. Other than that, they did a good job and I would recommend them to my friends.

The installation team arrived on time and completed the work on time. The Cooler Company has called twice to ensure we're happy with the product and service. Professional, courteous and great customer service! I'm very happy with my decision to use The Cooler Company for my new A/C and furnace replacement job. Once I made my decision on a contractor, The Cooler Company started work the same week. Steve had measured all my windows during the quote process, to make sure they installed the right furnace and A/C for my house. Jose and Jose did a great job on the install and were very thorough. The entire team went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends!

Installation crew was really great. The unit was damaged when they got it on the roof to install so they went and got a new one. (wonder how many companies would just go ahead with the install?!). Only dislike/problem is with the copper water line - how the ran it off the side of the house, and the valve they installed on the hose bib---bent and tangled the copper the first time I used the hoses. I am kinda shocked that noone from the Cooler Company has even tried to contact me and ask for a report on their work. You would think that surveying the customer would be really important to their (future) business and referrals.

They were a little too expensive considering the level of work.

I met with the owner of the company who answered all of my detailed questions regarding the equipment and installation and then he provided me with a written proposal. The work was scheduled and a crew of installers did the installation of a furnace and A/ C unit in one day. The operation of the equipment was fully tested and all work areas were cleaned prior to the crew leaving. Several days later, I received a call from the company to schedule a technician to run tests on the equipment to properly fill out the paper work for the Xcel Energy rebate. A job well done!

Excellent, prompt, courteous service. They showed up on time and had my central air installed in 3 hours.

As always it's difficult to be sure a repair company is not taking advantage of you but the Cooler Company was a pleasure to work with overall. They responded quickly, were polite and made sure I had heat that day. They do, however, need to wipe their feet as a courtesy. It's just a nice gesture. But DO call them. I still give them a thumbs up.

He responded very quickly. Came out and instead of just replacing a bunch of parts to try and solve the problem, took the time to accurately diagnose and repair it. He then tested everything to make sure all was in good working order. Great job!

This is one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time. The staff responds quickly and professionally. I would recommend them for your furnace needs.
