These guys are great. They called me right away and set up an appointment. The guy who came out to do the work showed up right on time and explained to me what he would be doing. I asked them to send me a quote on a new furnace which they did not do but when I called they apologized and gave me a quote which was better than the other two places I had called. When I'm ready to get the work done I will be calling the cooler company.

They were amazing. I give them 20 stars for everything they did and going beyond the call of duty The owner walked me thru this @ 4 pm and sent a crew out immediately to replace the system. They stayed until 11 at night to make sure my 7 mos old baby and older pets would not go any longer without heat. The overall experience brings tears to my eyes.

My new furnace works great. Prices very competitive and financing options helpful. The guys who installed it were very polite and helpful. Only complaint was that they arrived an hour late, but everyhing very satisfactory after that.

The tech was very professional. He answered all of our questions. The Cooler Co did a great job with communicaton and the price was good.

Andrey did a great job assessing our furnace problem. He determined quickly that the transformer needed to be replaced, did that, but the furnace continued to blow fuses unexplainably. He was very thorough in checking all possible other causes, finally determining that the elec. board might be bad, too. He provided a reasonable quote to replace it, but actually since then no fuses have been blown, so whatever else he did to assess the problem seems to have fixed it! Yay! I was very happy with his thoroughness, clear explanations of the possible problems, and reasonable prices. Thank you for a job well done! Will use again.

Professional and very helpful. Highly recommend. Since this was a routine maintenance call/work, its hard to rate the quality of the repair but I have no complaints. Very reasonably priced. The two individuals I dealt with (setting the apt. By phone + repair guy ) were very nice!

Everyone involved with this company was very professional and friendly. We have a very old home, so installation of an evaporation cooler was slightly more custom than usual. They were fabulous and came up with exactly what we needed! They are fantastic!

Great, speedy service from the office ladies to the contractor. However, my simple repair was a Massive Rip-off financially. I will for sure ask around for better prices next time from others.
