The Cooler Company

Work done as agreed. Friendly staff and owner. My cooler got several gouges in it exposing bare metal on the way up to the roof. I was assured that I would hear from the office to have it fixed. I am still waiting for that phone call. Once fixed, I would raise my rating for quality and overall rating.

These guys were great to work with. The cooler was gouged on the way up to the roof, and will need to be painted to prevent rust, but Tim has assured me that he would have someone come out and fix it. When this is done, I will change my quality rating to 5.

We hired this company after the great views and after speaking with another company that HomeAdvisor provided. They beat the quote we got from the other company which was great! We hired them to come out that next weekend. When they were installing the line, they drilled the hole in the side of our brick and hit our foundation to our house. So they then had to patch that hole and drill another one that was above the foundation. You would think with their experience you would be able to drill a hole into someone's house the first time and not have to do it again. Oh, forgot to mention, our house is a new contruction and I now have two holes.

I was very happy with the entire process with The Cooler Company. On an unexpectedly freezing day in May our furnace quit. At 11pm that night the guys from The Cooler Company wrapped up the job. They kept the place clean by putting down runners over the carpet and cleaned everything up when they were done. The guys were professional and friendly. Steve the owner sold me on their company by just be straight with me and down to earth.

So far so good. Took my calls. Called me back. Gave free quote. And will install quickly.

The owner came out to do the quote. He spent about 45 mintues with me explaining exactly what would be done, where things would go and how long it would take. He also gave me a couple of different options on the type of cooler for my home. He was very well prepared with all kinds of literature, photos of swamp coolers and had documentation in a folder that I was going to ask for but didn't have to because it was already in there. No other company offered or stated they would show me how to get the swamp cooler up and running and then come back out during the fall to help me shut it down for the winter, onlyThe Cooler Company did.

My furnace stopped working on a very snowy day. The Cooler Co had a technician out within 90 minutes. The trip fee was low, and the service was excellent. After the furnace was repaired, and the house was warming up, we also discussed whether the furnace should be replaced and the technician gave a very patient, no-pressure assessment of the situation. I was very pleased with the experience.

I have been more impressed with this HVAC company, when their professionalism answered all my questions when I hired them to service my heating system.

These people are great to work with. The front office was professional and polite in scheduling our work and then folowed up to make sure the repair person was on time or we were advised in advance if there was a delay. The repair man showed up in the time window scheduled, was curtious, professionsal and complete in accomplishing the work required. The parts required to make our repairs were on his truck so our work was completed in a most timely fashion. Their pricing was most fair.

I met with Steve initially and decided that since my furnace was +20yrs old I would go ahead and replace it along with my hot water heater. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and his price was very competitive. I got 2 other quotes and decided to give Steve the job. Ken and his team were on time and laid tarps down to protect our wood floors and carpets which put my wife at ease. The team worked smoothly in removing my old equipment and installing the new. The installation was professional, clean and done that day. Afterwards I was explained how the equipment operated and what to expect. I highly recommend Cooler Co.

My ignitor light went out on the coldest day of the year thus far and I have two small children at home, of course this happened on a Sunday. The Cooler company came out as quick as they were able, fixed the problem in minutes and did a great job! The price was higher than it should have been due to the off hours, but a great contractor I highly recommend.

The technician who came to work on the furnace was professional and even wiling to come, without additional charge, after I got home from work. He completed his check and gave me his recommendation within the time he estimated; when it proved necessary to come back a second time (I had to get approval from my landlord for the work to be completed), he and the company worked out a fair price for the second trip. Once again, the technician arrived on time, had all the tools and parts he needed, and completed the work within the estimated time....much more quickly than I expected even. I was very impressed.
